Identity Guard has repeatedly been instructed to cease any charges on my husband's Capitol One card. The bank has blocked them and received reimbursement three times. However, the issue persists each time Capitol One issues a new card to my husband, Richard Butcher, and Identity Guard is blocked. They continue to contact me, Clare Butcher, at voicescorps.com, even though this account was canceled over a year ago. Despite my husband reporting the unauthorized charges (now four times), Identity Guard claims they see no charges when contacted. It is puzzling why the credit card company can detect the charges but Identity Guard cannot. We are seeking advice on how to report this fraudulent activity effectively to put an end to it. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Clare & Richard Butcher
