I am writing to address the ongoing issue with the water delivery service to the HUD office that has not been fulfilled. Despite multiple calls to customer service, the delivery was not made on Wednesday, August 8, [redacted], nor on the following days. I was promised by a customer service representative that the delivery would be made, but it did not happen as assured. The lack of response from the route manager and branch chief is disappointing, and no water has been delivered yet. The next scheduled delivery date of August 22, [redacted], seems too far away given the circumstances. I insist to speak with someone from upper management urgently to resolve this matter. For immediate assistance, kindly contact me at [redacted]. I request 3 FREE - 5 gallon water containers to be delivered to our office on Monday, August 13, [redacted], as a gesture of goodwill. Good Evening, Today I received my water delivery, but unfortunately found a sticker floating inside one of the gallon bottles. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed that a replacement bottle would be provided at no cost. However, I was disappointed to learn that it would take two days for the new bottle to arrive. As a long-time customer, waiting two business days for a replacement is unacceptable to me. The representative mentioned that I still have my other bottles in the meantime, but this doesn't address the inconvenience of having to wait for a tainted bottle to be replaced. I'm concerned about the billing process and whether Hinckley will charge me for all three bottles at once, despite the delayed replacement. This resolution has left me feeling dissatisfied, and I am considering canceling my service.
