Dear Sir, I operate an electronics company in Teculutan, Guatemala, and also manage a successful side business focused on recycling plastics, a material commonly found in Herbalife containers. The challenge I encounter is the adhesive used to attach the labels on these containers, which is incredibly resilient to solvents, detergents, and even scraping. This particular glue makes it a laborious process to clean the containers for recycling, unlike containers with shrink labels that are easily removed. I kindly request consideration to switch to shrink wrap labels for a more efficient and environmentally friendly solution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards.

I recently received a cover from your company in the mail. Inside, there was a letter stating that I was selected among [redacted] people in Karnataka for a prize of 1.85 lakh, 5 grams of gold, and a scratch card. Upon scratching the card, it revealed a prize of Tata Safari. The company claimed this was part of their 50-year celebration. I would like to verify the authenticity of this promotion and the prizes offered.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you about a recent negative experience I encountered with a courier service company based in Mavelikara, Kerala. I, Aarya Vijai (ID: W1C969278), had placed an order (Order No. [redacted]) on behalf of my father, Vijayan Koyipallill, to be delivered to Kuwait where I currently reside. Unfortunately, the parcel was not delivered on time. After my cousin located the courier company and inquired about the delay, they responded rudely and provided inadequate excuses for the delay. We are seeking compensation for the late delivery and request that the courier service promptly dispatch the parcel to my address in Kuwait. I recently attempted to make a purchase of some products through your app. Unfortunately, during the payment process, I encountered an error message after submitting the payment. Subsequently, I was redirected to the home page to reattempt the order placement. To my surprise, shortly after, my bank notified me that the payment had been deducted from my account. Despite this, I have not received any order confirmation email and the order does not appear on the app. I anticipated a refund, yet I have not seen the amount credited back to my account. With my inventory depleting, I urgently need assistance in resolving this issue and receiving a prompt refund for the payment.
