My name is Kenneth Dansby, and I purchased a ticket to Cebu, Philippines. However, upon arrival, I was asked for a return boarding pass to Atlanta, which I did not receive when departing from Atlanta. This caused an issue when arriving in the Philippines as proof of my return trip was requested. I'm seeking to connect with the Delta Airlines representative who assisted me upon my plane's arrival. I need to update her on an incident that occurred during my flight on October 8, [redacted], from Atlanta to Megar Evers. I wish to report an issue regarding discrimination and the withholding of my essential medical bag. The bag contains crucial life-saving medications like an albuterol inhaler, an EpiPen, a nebulizer, aspirin due to a history of TIAs, pain medications, antibiotics, sinus infection meds, and a medical back brace. Regrettably, I was denied both my medical bag and carry-on luggage, except for my personal bag, despite the documentation of these bags at the time of ticket purchase by a Delta flight attendant. The flight attendant declined any assistance with boarding and instructed me to vacate my wheelchair outside the aircraft. Kindly ask the individual in question to reach out to me at [redacted]. While traveling from El Paso to Atlanta on July 19, [redacted], I experienced a gate change from A to B-19 for my Delta flights [redacted] and [redacted] to Miami. Being 73 years old, I found it challenging to walk. Thankfully, a driver of a mini car assisted me to an escalator that I wasn't aware of, which unfortunately led to a fall from the top to the bottom. I sustained injuries on my legs, arms, and head, requiring multiple medical visits in Miami, including C-Scans and X-rays. I am currently struggling to walk properly and managing pain with strong medications. Despite filling out an accident report, I have not been contacted by anyone from the airport. I urge authorities to review the surveillance footage of the incident and reach out to me for further details. The accident occurred around 8:30 pm.
