About a year and a half ago, I bought a JBL Pulse Bluetooth speaker from T-Mobile before the warranty expired. It had a minor breakdown, and I received an Onyx Mini as a replacement on July 9, [redacted]. I spoke to Michael, who provided me with a reference number [redacted]. They claimed that they couldn't replace the unit under warranty due to the same issue persisting. This is the third unit I've obtained through Harman Cardin JBL and T-Mobile, and I'm dissatisfied with all of them having the same charging problem. I'm not looking for a refund, just a replacement speaker or repair. Michael mentioned it's not covered under warranty, contrary to the online warranty terms stating one-year manufacturer warranty replacement. My contact number is [redacted], and I'm Eric. Having a commercial account with T-Mobile, I've purchased multiple units from JBL and Harman Cardin, all facing the same charging cable issue. I'm disappointed to have spent over $[redacted] without a resolution. All I seek is to have the unit fixed, and I'm confused why the operators couldn't assist me.

I bought my Harman Kardon Onyx speaker from Amazon on July 17, [redacted]. Recently, it has been shutting off unexpectedly multiple times, making it almost impossible to use. It is constantly plugged in, so the battery should not be the issue. I use it lightly in my office, and this recurring problem is extremely frustrating. Surprisingly, the Bose speaker I got for my daughter earlier is still working fine without any issues. I have always admired Harman Kardon as a top-notch electronics brand, but this experience has left me disappointed. Unless I can find a solution or get a replacement for this faulty unit, my perception of Harman Kardon will be forever changed. I really need help to resolve this situation.

I sent my headphones in for a replacement due to a defect. I got a different, cheaper version in a different color. Customer service advised me to return it for my original one, which they claimed was out of stock. Promised an email that never came. When I called back, was put on hold for over 15 minutes before being disconnected. Multiple attempts to speak to a supervisor were denied. I'm extremely unhappy with the customer service and need to escalate this matter.

I have a Harman Kardon Soho headphone where the left side has stopped working. When I move the joint on the left side, the sound comes back intermittently. Upon inspection by an electric engineer friend, it seems the cable in the joint on the left side is stuck due to a factory default. Considering the age of the headphone, over 4 years old, and the lack of paperwork after two years, as we own multiple headphones, it's disappointing to encounter this issue. We hope for a free repair as it seems to be a factory assembly fault. However, our attempts with customer service in the UK have been unhelpful, with a refusal for any assistance or repair. We find this response unfitting for a company we've been loyal to for over 25 years, and we believe a cable repair or replacement, for which we have already paid $[redacted], is a reasonable request. Regards, J. T.

I have a Harman Kardon Soho headphone where the left side has stopped working. By moving the left side joint, the sound sometimes comes back. An electric engineer friend diagnosed it as a factory joint defect with a stuck cable. The headphone is over * years old, and we disposed of the papers after two years, assuming it wouldn't have issues. Despite this, the headphone malfunctioned, and we believe we deserve a free repair for this assembly fault. When we contacted UK customer service and requested a manager, Eniko, a Hungarian representative, refused without providing any assistance. We find this service unacceptable given our loyalty over the years. We have already paid ***$ for a cable repair or exchange, and we believe this is the least expected from your company. Thank you. - J. T. Wahngore

While wearing my JBL wireless Bluetooth headphones model TUNE500BT, I experienced what felt like hot wax dripping on my arm. Initially, I couldn't identify the source and continued with my task, only to feel it again. Upon investigation, I heard an electrical popping sound and noticed the headphones were melting. The damage occurred above the size adjustment slide and near the power button and volume control.

Order #HK-US[redacted]0 was placed on November 28, [redacted]. The products were promised to be delivered by December 7, [redacted]. However, as of today, the order has not been picked up by the carrier yet. I am not willing to wait for more than 30 days from the day of payment for the product to be delivered. I would like to know when the order will be fulfilled and shipped today, or I request a refund of my money plus an additional 10% for what I feel are unfair trade practices. Thank you.

I bought an HK Invoke speaker 6 months ago, but encountered issues using it in Vietnam due to Cortana and region limitations. Despite trying a VPN, I couldn't resolve it. While temporarily using Cortana with my Huawei phone from South Africa, it stopped working after an update. Even after waiting for the Cortana-HK relationship to end, I still can't connect the speaker to Bluetooth. I need help on how to uninstall and reinstall Cortana or troubleshoot the WiFi setup as I'm at a loss. I've been patient, but now I'm really frustrated and seeking assistance.

I have been a loyal customer of Harmon Kardon for 14 years. I have been a strong advocate for their products and have participated in various public activities promoting their brand. Unfortunately, my previous speakers were stolen, causing me significant distress. However, when I purchased the Onyx 5 and 6 models, I was amazed by their quality.
Recently, my Onyx speaker was stolen from a local park while I briefly fell asleep. This incident has left me unable to eat, sleep, or enjoy music. I feel isolated as I suspect everyone around me. Financially, I cannot immediately afford a replacement, but I hope Harmon Kardon can offer me some support during this difficult time.
The connection I had with my speaker was unique, and I am heartbroken over its loss. I appeal to Harmon Kardon for assistance in replacing my cherished speaker, as no other brand resonates with me the way theirs did.

My name is Mohammad Wasim. I am Indian, from the state of Maharashtra, in the city of Nagpur. I had given my Soundcraft Signature 22 mixer for repair at the Harman service center. There was a minor issue with a very soft humming sound coming out. After 15 days, they mentioned that parts need to be replaced, but the parts were not available, causing a delay. Due to the urgency of needing the mixer, I asked them to return it to me as soon as the parts arrive. However, when I checked the mixer at home, it started making loud noises. As there was no facility to check it at the service center, I had to check it at home. The service center has left my mixer completely damaged, and they are not accepting their mistake. I am in distress as I took a loan to buy the sound system and now they have ruined the mixer. They will tarnish your company's reputation; please take some action.
