I purchased two countertops at your North Hollywood, California location and arranged to pick them up the next day. Despite the purchase and holding agreement, the manager, Zeph, informed me the countertops were sold. I had removed my old countertops in anticipation of receiving the new ones, which were sold to someone else. When questioning Zeph's actions, he offered a refund but did not address the issue of selling an already paid-for item. There was no clear policy displayed regarding holding items for just one day, leading to confusion and frustration as I presumed they were secured for me. The lack of communication and adherence to inventory policies has left me in a predicament, unable to obtain the countertops I paid for.
