Subject: Disappointed with recent changes Dear Gymboree Administration, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent changes in your store. As a loyal customer for over a decade, I have always enjoyed shopping at Gymboree. However, the new styles are a drastic departure from what made me love the brand in the first place. The retro, 70’s inspired clothes do not appeal to me or many others I know. The sales have noticeably dropped, and the store seems to be empty whenever I visit. The increase in prices combined with the unattractive new designs is a major turn off for me as a frequent shopper. I urge you to reconsider these changes and return to the signature styles that originally drew customers to Gymboree. The current CEO's direction has been disappointing, and many of us long-term customers are hoping for a reversal in this new direction. Sincerely, E.G.

On Friday, October 26, [redacted], I returned items to the Gymboree outlet store in Clinton, CT, only to encounter a lengthy wait due to a global computer issue preventing the issuance of a receipt for my credit. Despite being assured that the credit would appear on my account, it has not. Following multiple discussions with customer service and managers, the lack of a satisfactory solution and the suggestion to keep the items I returned without receiving the credit has left me extremely disappointed. Despite my efforts to escalate the situation to the District Manager and the delay in their involvement, the resolution remains elusive. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to involve the local television station. The lack of accountability and customer service in handling this situation is unacceptable. It is crucial that this issue be addressed promptly and effectively to avoid any further inconvenience on my part. Cheryl N.

I visited the Mapleview mall branch last Friday around 9:25. I am a regular shopper at Gymboree and enjoy the customer service and cute outfits for my daughter. I approached a woman at the store and inquired about the promotion. However, I was taken aback by her sarcastic response. When I asked about the 75% off promotion, she replied in an abrupt manner, telling me to read the sign and then walked away. I felt disrespected and humiliated by her behavior. This was unlike any other experience I have had at your store, and I believe she might be new because when I asked for the manager, she claimed to be the manager. Unfortunately, I am reluctant to spend my money at your store if I am going to be treated in such a manner. This encounter left a negative impression on me, and I hope that you address this behavior to prevent it from happening to other customers.

Hello, As a previous Gymboree customer, I wanted to share my experience regarding an order I placed through Children's Place on Oct 19th under Order Number [redacted] for Gymboree kids' clothes. Despite a supposed delivery on Oct. 25th, I never received the items and have been unable to get a response. I reached out to Lasser Ship with Case #: [redacted]2, and they have refused responsibility for the lost package. I have also filed a complaint with BBB. Since Gymboree merged with Children's Place, the service has declined significantly. The choice to merge seems to have negatively impacted Gymboree's reputation. Unfortunately, Children's Place uses an ineffective carrier without proper vetting procedures, making it difficult to trace lost packages. I am disappointed to say that I have not received my order, lost my money, and no one is taking responsibility. As a result, unfortunately, I will no longer be a customer. Sincerely, Dr. A. Manitiu

I placed an order on 12/03/[redacted] and would like it delivered to my home address at 86 Bittersweet Trail, [redacted]. The delivery should not be to a store. I'm encountering an issue with my debit card number being flagged as incorrect when it is in good standing and linked to sufficient funds.
