I am a new customer who recently had HVAC work done on my unit. The initial invoice amount totaled nearly $[redacted], which included the installation of a new AC unit and repair of my ductwork. However, only the unit was installed, and the ductwork was left unfixed. When they returned to fix the ductwork, they claimed they needed to cut through concrete, although I had already created an access hole for them to use. This resulted in an additional charge of $[redacted], despite them not needing to cut anything in my house. The ductwork was not properly fixed and I am considering hiring someone else to correct it. I have contacted the company about the issue and I am still awaiting a response. The additional charge for the ductwork repair should not have been my responsibility as it was part of the original quote and invoice, and they ultimately did not need to cut any access to reach the ductwork.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with home renovations completed by Kraz Construction in Indiana. They facilitated a loan through your company, but since I settled the full amount with them last month, I was informed this loan would be terminated. I am requesting to have this account removed from my records since it is impacting my credit score. I did not provide consent via email or sign any documentation, hence I lack an account number. Should I liaise with the company directly to terminate this loan account? I do not wish to maintain this loan and request that my personal details are neither utilized nor disclosed.

I have noticed additional charges on our bill that I would like to have removed. I am requesting for all fees to be taken off, leaving only the monthly payments due. Additionally, I am seeking the removal of negative remarks from my husband's and my credit reports. If this is not addressed, I will have no choice but to report this issue to the Better Business Bureau due to false advertising on the products we purchased that did not deliver as promised. We were assured that the windows we bought would significantly reduce our electric bill, which has not been the case. Kindly adjust the bill to only include the payments for the two months.

I have been trying to reach a live agent on your [redacted] phone line without success. Yesterday I called a number I believed was Greensky's, but the person who answered offered me a $[redacted] gift card after I provided my debit card number. Now I am unsure if this was a legitimate offer or a phishing scam. I am also waiting to confirm if Greensky received a $5,[redacted] check from US Bank on September 9, [redacted]. I am concerned as I have canceled my autopayment with BOA and need this resolved before my next payment on 9/21. I emailed [redacted] but have not received a response. Hello, this is Penny Lowry. I recently had a new carrier unit installed in May. Unfortunately, after a heavy rainstorm, my living room started to leak. Upon inspection, my son, who is a general contractor, discovered four significant cracks around the base of the AC unit on the roof causing the leakage. I recently received a statement indicating a past due payment. Despite multiple attempts to call, I have been unable to speak with a customer service representative directly. On December 20, [redacted], I sent a check for $[redacted].00, leaving a remaining balance of $[redacted].95. The check number is #[redacted] from my Key Bank account. I have a copy of the check. My intention was to settle the balance with my January statement. However, the most recent statement received on January 18, [redacted], shows a payment still due from December [redacted]. This is incorrect and concerning, particularly as I have always maintained an excellent credit rating. I am anxious about the status of the $[redacted].00 check. Please provide me with all documents that have my signature. I paid off the entire loan within the specified time frame, sending the $9,[redacted].00 payment to GreenSky on 11/3/22. Despite GreenSky accepting the payment on 11/22/22, after the date for interest to begin, I was assured by phone on 11/3/22 that this delay wouldn't result in accrued interest. GreenSky informed me that as long as the payment arrived within 30 days, no interest would be charged. GreenSky delayed applying my payment until 11/22/22. I am requesting a full waiver of the interest. To prevent negative reports, I reluctantly made the first payment under protest and now ask for its return to avoid any impacts on my credit. My agency issued a one-time cashier's check to Greensky. Upon confirmation in Birmingham, Alabama, they acknowledged and posted the total payoff amount to my account. Despite this, Greensky is claiming there is a remaining balance. I am puzzled by their assertion as I paid the complete close-out sum as instructed. Should Greensky insist on this outstanding balance, I will require a detailed record of all receipts and payments from them. Without resolution, legal action may be necessary.

When can I expect to receive my first invoice? I want to ensure I don't miss any payment deadlines. Last time, I don't remember waiting a full month before receiving the first bill. This is my second email. I am Wanda Littleton from [redacted] Pony Grass Lane. The foam insulation was not applied correctly under my large porch as per the salesman's explanation. It was supposed to come out the sides and be trimmed, which was not done. I reached out to you via message 72 hours ago and have yet to receive a response. I requested their help to finish fixing my roof after my original roofer had a health emergency. Before he went to the hospital, the job was nearly done. However, instead of completing the remaining repair, Power Roofing installed an entirely new roof on my house without my consent. Recently, they presented me with paperwork to sign, realizing that none was signed initially. Unfortunately, due to my previous brain injury, I unintentionally agreed to pay $60,[redacted] for the unnecessary new roof. I have been struggling financially with my disability income and now face an additional $[redacted] monthly charge for the roof I never wanted. This situation is causing me significant distress. I typically make two payments to Greensky each month: $[redacted].26 via phone through the automated system and $[redacted].00 through automatic payment. On Friday, August 11, [redacted], I called in to pay the $[redacted].26 early before my vacation. To my surprise, $11,[redacted].77 was withdrawn instead.
