This afternoon, between 12:30pm and 1:30pm, I tried to help Ms. Becki Bailey with her malfunctioning Jitterbug smart device, which is locked. Despite not having made recent network payments, she should be able to access data through wifi. We called GreatCall three times within an hour for support but were disconnected each time. Names Jasmine and Kurt were provided by customer service. No callbacks were attempted upon disconnection, and no contact information was taken. Becki has faced similar issues for months. If unresolved, I will report this to the BBB. Becki may qualify for the federal lifeline program. To avoid escalation, please contact me at [redacted].
