Order #[redacted]. I was supposed to be called 30 minutes before delivery, but it didn't happen. When I got home, the appliances were just left in the garage, still in boxes. I had painters there who couldn't help. Spoke to Jim from the delivery company who said it's not their problem. I paid for upstairs delivery, but that didn't happen. I want a refund for the white-glove service, someone to inspect and bring the appliances upstairs as originally paid for. Please address this with your delivery company and arrange for them to come back tomorrow. This situation is unfair to the customer and I feel cheated. Unacceptable.

Hello, my name is Maryellen Quinn. I took delivery of a dishwasher at [redacted] Nutes Farm Lane, Kennett Square, PA [redacted] on Monday, July 13, [redacted]. The packing information from Goedekers indicates GOE [redacted] Quote 21. The Shipper was R & L Carriers, Freight ID I [redacted]59. This was an accidental duplicate of a previous dishwasher delivery in late May or early June. Currently, due to COVID-19 circumstances, I am not residing at the delivery address and do not have all my necessary records there. I am coordinating for someone to be available at the address for the pickup of the extra dishwasher. Approximately ten days ago, I informed R&L Shipping that we did not order nor require an additional dishwasher. Please, contact me at [redacted] for further assistance. Thank you.

I received a new refrigerator yesterday [09/10/[redacted]], but the delivery was mishandled. The delivery team dropped it during unloading without prior notice. I was out of town, and my house cleaner let them in without my old fridge being emptied. The delivery team claimed they would return in forty-five minutes to install it but never did. They demanded an extra $45 for installation, which I had already paid $80 to Goedeker for. They were rude when my house cleaner refused to pay. As a result, the new fridge is still in the kitchen with dents on the front door. I wish to have it installed, preferably by different professionals, and to have the dented front door replaced or refunded. I hope to resolve this issue and continue being a satisfied Goedeker customer. Thank you, Jack Lambert.

This was our first time ordering from you. We received a severely damaged Whirlpool glass top stove two weeks later. The top was dented and one side was completely destroyed, with a huge dent, crease, and numerous other dents. Following your instructions, the trucking company took it back in its original packaging. Everyone, including you and the trucking company, has been very cooperative. It's been over two weeks now, going on three, and we have not received a credit for our purchase. I had an issue with the installation of my dishwasher. The installer couldn't find the screws, but I found them right after he left. I contacted the installer, who was unable to return, and then reached out to Goedeker's. After being on hold for a long time, Rebecca helped reschedule the installation. I followed up in the morning and was assured that it was noted. However, no one has called me back for a rescheduled appointment yet. I have been on hold again for 25 minutes trying to contact customer service. This whole process has been frustrating, especially since our initial order was delayed without notice. I would really appreciate a prompt response to address these ongoing installation issues.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from your company and arranged for AM Home Delivery to ship it to me based on your suggestion. Although I could have picked it up from your warehouse, I opted for delivery with an estimated arrival between 2/5 and 2/12. After receiving confirmation of the pick-up on 1/22, I assumed it was on its way. However, I discovered today that the refrigerator has been sitting in the St. Louis facility since pick-up and needs to reach the Iowa facility before delivery can be scheduled. Unfortunately, AM Home Delivery is unable to provide a clear timeline for this transfer. I find this delay unacceptable, as the rest of my home remodel is complete, pending the refrigerator's arrival. Despite being informed of a rush on the delivery today, I am concerned that three weeks of no movement raises questions about the effectiveness of this rush situation.

I placed an order with the number [redacted]4, and my shipping number from Fragilepak is 173U8810. I had a terrible experience with Goedekers. The customer service was extremely lacking. Initially, the item I ordered was said to be in stock, but it turned out to be on backorder in February [redacted]. Despite promises of updates, the process was full of delays and false assurances. Communication between Goedekers and Ashley Furniture was abysmal, leading to a prolonged wait for my sofa. I had to take matters into my own hands to contact Ashley Furniture directly. The wait times on Goedekers' customer service line were unreasonably long, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the whole experience. I urgently needed the sofa before my daughter's high school graduation, but the lack of proper assistance and communication was beyond disappointing. I strongly regret ordering from Goedekers and hope for a prompt resolution to this ongoing ordeal.

I purchased a refrigerator on 09/29/20 and on 10/29/20, added installation and haul away service to my order. After waiting over 7 months, it was finally delivered on 05/03/21 by AM Trucking. Unfortunately, their work order did not include the installation or haul away services I had requested. Despite my insistence that I had ordered these services through Goedecker's, they refused to proceed. I had to install the refrigerator myself, luckily it seems to be working fine. I contacted Goedecker's about this issue through Shaunte on 05/05/21, who mentioned she would follow up with the Refunds Dept. and schedule a Haul Away for me. As of 05/10/21, I am still waiting to hear back from Shaunte or anyone in Customer Service. I hope to receive the refund for the installation charge and have Goedecker's arrange for the Haul Away pickup as promised.
