I had a frustrating experience with For Eyes, ending up without my paid $[redacted].50 glasses. After multiple delays, I received two incorrect "free pair" glasses but never got my original paid ones. When I tried to return the free pairs for a refund within 30 days, I was denied. The store manager, Darius, couldn't track my initial order. Although I contacted headquarters, I haven't received any update after waiting two weeks. My Order #[redacted] proves my payment, yet I am left empty-handed. I hope for a prompt resolution.

I purchased two pairs of glasses from the ForEyes store in Natick, MA, but decided to cancel the order within two days. I paid $[redacted].20 by check and was informed that I would receive a refund, which would be sent by mail from the corporate office. Despite waiting for 6 weeks and sending multiple emails to the online contact address without any response, I had to resort to calling their customer service number at [redacted]. I inquired about the delayed refund and was assured that a check would be processed by Friday, leaving me puzzled by the extensive wait for a refund on a promptly cancelled order.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at your Snellville, GA store. I recently made a significant purchase of two pairs of glasses for my daughter and myself totaling over $[redacted]. It has been since December, and I have not received any updates on my purchase. When I called, I was continuously transferred without getting any assistance. It appears that the store is understaffed and poorly managed as they seem more focused on getting money than helping customers. Despite leaving my contact information for a return call, nobody reached out to me. My daughter got her glasses, but I am still waiting for mine. I demand either the items I bought or a full refund. This experience has made me decide never to return to your store, as the service standards are unacceptable. I will also be sharing my experience with others.

A few days ago, the frame of my glasses broke, and as a loyal customer of For Eyes, I visited the store where I purchased them. The Manager, Alex, warned me about potential minor scratches, which I agreed to. However, upon inspection, I discovered many visible scratches on both lenses, including a significant scratch in the center of the right lens. The quality of the work done on my lenses is poor and affects my vision. Alex suggested replacing the lenses for $[redacted], which I find unreasonable given the state they are in.
