I recently won two complimentary tickets to the Florida Panthers game at the BB&T Center through the "Behind the Glass" contest. Despite being promised a text by 5:00 pm today regarding the tickets, I never received any communication or tickets. This left me disappointed, especially since I had excitedly told my nephew about attending the game together.
Although I understand the tickets are affordable, I am saddened by the mishap and the letdown for my nephew. I am reaching out to inquire about the status of my tickets and the lack of communication regarding them. I would appreciate it if someone could please investigate why I did not receive the expected information or tickets.

I recently participated in the "Behind the Glass" contest and was informed via email that I had won two complimentary tickets to tonight's Florida Panthers game at the BB&T Center. Despite following the instructions to claim the tickets and awaiting a text confirmation by 5:00 pm today, I did not receive any further communication. This was especially disappointing for me, and my nephew, who was excited to attend the game. While I understand the tickets are affordable, the lack of follow-up left us both disheartened.

I am currently at the Panthers vs. Nashville game on 11/30/19 in club section 15. We have to leave during the 2nd period due to a continuous flashing strobe light above us. It's directly in our line of sight and it's uncomfortable, especially for my kids. I would like to request 3 tickets and parking for a Christmas game when we return to town. My family attended the game on Friday, January 14th. We had carefully planned and purchased tickets for Section [redacted], Row 28 seats 14, 15, 16. Unfortunately, a disruptive individual occupied a seat next to us, causing a disturbance with loud behavior and alcohol consumption. Despite our attempts to address the situation with staff, no effective action was taken to resolve it. Eventually, due to the uncomfortable environment, we had no choice but to leave the game. We were disappointed with the lack of assistance and the impact on our experience, especially since we had gone through the effort of flying in a guest for the occasion. We hope that by sharing our feedback, measures can be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future and improve overall customer satisfaction.

I am extremely disappointed by the Florida Panthers' lack of protocol and their refusal to address the issue of someone wrongfully occupying our seats. Instead of resolving the problem, they offered a refund for the two tickets we purchased. As loyal season ticket holders, we felt disrespected, misled, and want the seats we rightfully paid for. We plan to reach out to various news outlets to share our negative experience in hopes of preventing others from facing similar unnecessary distress when attending events at the arena. We are requesting a direct communication from a senior executive to discuss this matter further.

I am frustrated by the lack of warning signs and the high $[redacted] parking fee for the finals. With 7,[redacted] spots charging $[redacted] each, that's $[redacted],[redacted] profit in one day. After already spending $1,[redacted] on two tickets in section [redacted], seeing a $7 tax on the parking fee was disappointing. It’s challenging to find a phone number to discuss these concerns with a real person. Even though I love the team, the way fans are treated by management is disheartening. I have fond memories of games with the stadium half full, but now I hesitate to return. I ask for a conversation about these issues.
