I recently spoke with one of your consultants through live chat. After he shared a link for me to pay to join a site to speak with a technician about my fridge issues, the chat abruptly ended. I'm not willing to spend money to fix this problem. My 3-year-old fridge, model RX628DX1 purchased from Harvey Norman on 4/5/15, has failed multiple times despite previous repairs with a new logic board. Lately, the temperature has been fluctuating, causing my food to thaw. The quality of the fridge is disappointing, as it has a noticeable bulge in the middle affecting the freezer tray. I request either a replacement or a full refund as the device doesn't meet basic standards. As a person on disability pension, constantly replacing food due to fridge failures is financially straining. I also need a reliable fridge for storing insulin, which this model doesn't seem to provide. If this issue persists, I will escalate the matter to consumer affairs and the ombudsman. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the performance of your product. Thank you.

I bought a Fisher and Paykel dryer on 06/07/[redacted]. It was repaired once for the thermostat just before the warranty expired. Now, the thermostat has malfunctioned again. The repair company says the part has a 12-month warranty, but they still want to charge me to fix it. Dealing with these issues has been frustrating, especially with a baby and the unpredictable weather. Hanging clothes outside is not an option because of bird droppings. I've always been loyal to Fisher and Paykel, but now I'm reconsidering sticking with this brand due to the ongoing problems.

Subject: Regarding Service Request #[redacted]
My spouse and I had arranged for a service appointment to address the broken components in both drawers of our Fisher & Paykel dishwasher promptly. We specifically requested an initial appointment due to our weekday work commitments. Regrettably, the technician reached out for the second visit, causing me to head to work, leaving my son to assist, making him tardy for his own job. Although the technician repaired the bottom drawer, the top one remains damaged, with a noticeable chip. It is disappointing that he did not address this issue without needing a verbal prompt.
I spoke with Debi from customer care, who shared our service request document clearly indicating the need to fix both drawers. Despite my request, she refused to waive the fee for an additional service call to rectify the top drawer. I sought the email of the CEO during our conversation. As loyal customers drawn to Fisher & Paykel for their stellar service, I urge for reconsideration on charging us for another service visit for our expensive dishwasher.
Best regards,
K. Firestone

In February 1, [redacted], I made a payment of $[redacted].37 to Appliance Service Group, Inc. in Pembroke Pines, FL for the repair of my F&P range model # OB30STEPX33SSUSA, serial # [redacted]-A EAG381215. The appliance was almost new and just outside the warranty period. The issues were the non-functional light on one side and a broken glass cover on the broil elements. Despite paying in advance for the repair, delays occurred because the part had to come from New Zealand. After waiting for a long time, I was informed via email that an incorrect part was ordered, and an additional $[redacted].31 part had to be ordered. I strongly feel I should be compensated for this error as it has caused significant inconvenience and frustration due to the prolonged delay in fixing my kitchen stove.

Hello, my name is Rosanna. I've been trying to reach Fisher and Paykel for the past two days. Both times, I've waited on the phone for two hours only for the call to either go unanswered or get disconnected. It's frustrating that no one has called back after such poor customer service. I am specifically trying to get in touch with Grace from Customer Service regarding the replacement of a refrigeration unit for my fridge. If someone could contact me about the availability of a unit, I can be reached at [redacted] or 02-[redacted]2. Appreciate your help. - Rosanna

I recently bought the new refrigerator model #RS36A72. The installers have attempted to install the water filter twice but each time the plastic prongs on the filter got stripped when they turned it clockwise. Can someone advise on what might be going wrong? Also, could you please confirm the correct model number for the water filter for the RS36A72 refrigerator? The water filter model they tried using is [redacted]. Thank you.

I am having difficulty reaching the customer service number, 08[redacted], as the website claims a one-minute wait but in reality, I am consistently put on hold. Despite being in the afternoon in the UK and nighttime in NZ, I wonder if the number is operational during the night as well due to the service being subpar.
I am based in the UK and looking to purchase the RS90AU1 Integrated French door fridge with aluminium door panels for delivery to BN25 3JE. Despite attempting to order online a week ago, the item was shown as out of stock. After a phone call assuring me it would be back in stock with delivery in 3-4 days, I am still unable to place an order online. My recent attempt to speak to UK sales was interrupted due to poor phone quality.
Could you confirm the availability of this product and provide a reliable contact number? My builder requires this information to proceed accordingly, considering sourcing an alternative product if necessary.

My 8-year, 4-month-old Fisher & Paykel washing machine needs repair for a loud banging sound during the spin cycle. The estimate for a new drum and bearing was $[redacted]. The repair technician didn't physically look at the machine but spent 25 minutes on the phone with a coworker for help. The machine has been well-maintained, and the sudden issue is frustrating since the average lifespan is said to be 8 years. Various things could have caused the problem, not just the drum and bearing. I was charged $[redacted] for the phone consultation. Now, I'm considering settling for a Maytag top-load washer unless I want to wait until April [redacted] for the machine I prefer due to space constraints. It's disappointing, and I'm unsure about purchasing Fisher & Paykel appliances in the future. I hope my Fisher & Paykel dryer and refrigerator hold up better.

I would like a supervisor or another appropriate person to contact me regarding my Fisher & Paykal refrigerator. The bottom drawer has developed dents that appeared after a short time of use despite us not causing them. We are two adults in our late 50s who are careful with our appliances. We suspect the issue may be related to poor insulation on the freezer door. One dent appeared first, followed by others, which is confusing to us. We are certain we did not cause this damage. The cost to replace the door is $[redacted], inclusive of labor and taxes. I have already contacted customer service and provided reference number [redacted]8 to the technician. I am disappointed by this situation and would appreciate a supervisor reaching out to help resolve it.
