I have been experiencing a persistent issue with my Ford F-[redacted]. I have a recent case number assigned, CAS-[redacted]0, as well as older cases CAS-[redacted]8 and CAS-[redacted]7 from the dealer. If the vehicle is classified as a lemon, I am entitled to a refund or a replacement. I am interested in trading in my truck at Palm Coast Ford, but they are offering only $21,[redacted] for the trade-in while my payoff balance is around $35,[redacted], resulting in a $13,[redacted] difference. I believe Ford should be responsible for refunding this amount due to the unresolved problem despite efforts at Yeoman Ford and Palm Coast Ford.
