I have Encompass auto and homeowner's insurance. My car was involved in an accident on May 16, [redacted], near Columbia, SC, and I reported the claim to my Encompass agent. Progressive, the insurer of the driver at fault, mentioned they might not have enough coverage for all the damages, and I might need to proceed through my carrier. The car is already at Precision Unibody in Madison, GA, as per Progressive's instructions. They can be reached at [redacted].
