Order # [redacted]66: I recently acquired your Emsisoft Anti-Malware for a year on 08-06-22 and was very satisfied with it. However, when I got a new computer two months back at Best Buy, the technicians accidentally removed my Emsisoft program during the transfer of my files. I am now in need of assistance to reinstall the software on my new computer as I am currently without antivirus protection. Any guidance on how to proceed would be highly appreciated.

I have been receiving emails from your team with security codes that are supposed to be valid for 60 minutes. However, when I try to log in using the code, your website says it is not valid. I have been facing this issue since last week, and it persists today. I also received a message stating I need to reboot by September 22nd or there will be consequences. Please assist me promptly, either through a phone call or chat, to clarify if any action is required on my part. My subscription is active until October [redacted]. Thank you.
