I purchased a mower from Home Depot. Unfortunately, it came with a defective battery. When I contacted customer service, initially, they suggested returning the item to the store, which I found inconvenient due to my age. After explaining my situation, the agent kindly opened a case, registered my mower, and promised to send a replacement battery. However, I have yet to receive any tracking information or confirmation via email for the new battery. I am in need of mowing my lawn and have been on hold for over an hour trying to get updates on the delivery. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. The email I received regarding the case is incomplete with the subject field blank. I bought an Ego 56 v 21" snowblower from Home Depot on 9/22/[redacted]. Unfortunately, the unit stopped working in January [redacted]. I handed over the defective unit with 2 batteries to Home Depot for repair on 1/17/[redacted]. However, as of today (5/3), I am still waiting for it to be returned to me. The Home Depot service number is H4[redacted]85. I was informed during communication with Home Depot that the unit could have been replaced but was denied by the representative Kelly Hammink. This decision has caused a delay in the repair process, resulting in me missing the chance to use it during most of the winter season. I am greatly disappointed by this whole ordeal and am now hesitant about purchasing any EGO products in the future. I am hoping for a resolution like a replacement unit or an extension of the warranty period to make up for the significant inconvenience I have faced. Sincerely, Eugene B.

I am facing a difficult situation with my mother. Every week, we end up arguing about trivial matters, and she reacts negatively whenever I try to talk to her. Even something as simple as buying eggs can lead to a fight. She constantly asserts her rules and becomes upset easily. She lacks politeness and often involves my father, who responds with aggression. This behavior is creating tension within our home, and my father is threatening to kick me out if I don't comply with their demands. I feel stuck and unsure of what to do to improve our relationship.

Good evening, this is Naif Jazi Al-Harbi. The driver arrived, and before reaching the destination, he called to say the agreed price was 70 riyals per day. Upon arrival, he requested 39 riyals to end the trip, which is not what we agreed upon. I request a refund or I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities. This manipulation of the situation is unacceptable. He mentioned returning the car to the company, but I still insist on getting my money back or taking official action. Thank you.

I'm experiencing difficulty withdrawing money from my wallet. Despite contacting support daily and sending messages, I have [redacted] SR in my wallet. The customer service agent informed me that there should only be [redacted] SR in the wallet and suggested that I owed 30 SR. Initially, I was told that 30 SR was the required amount in the wallet, but now it seems to have increased to [redacted] SR. This sudden change has left me confused.
