I have been charged $7.99 per month since [redacted] for a second water cooler I never had. After reporting this to customer service, Douglas Brown from the California department only refunded 12 months of the 72 months you have overcharged me. You have still wrongfully billed me for $[redacted].40 over the past 6 years. I have been unable to reach a human representative at the corporate office to have the remaining money refunded. The incredibly poor customer service and lack of a full refund is unacceptable. You have made a billing error in your favor for $[redacted].40 and have caused your customer to lose over a thousand dollars due to your negligence, without rectifying your mistake.

Hello,
I canceled DS Water services due to an insect infestation in the water dispenser, which was removed while I was out of the office. After settling my final bill and closing the water account, I was contacted by DS Serv. credit and collections department a month or two later, demanding payment for the dispenser. I explained that I couldn't cover the amount individually since the request was made collectively by my office team. Despite informing them that I would address it once the team returned, they insisted on immediate payment of $[redacted]. The representative has been contacting irrelevant departments and accusing me of fraud, disrespecting me. Due to Covid-19, my team is not in the office to resolve this matter promptly. I reject being pressured to pay additional unexpected charges. I seek to discuss this issue with a more respectful and understanding representative. This situation is unacceptable.

I had a terrible experience with water.com/sparkletts and would rate them 0 if I could. Dealing with their customer service was atrocious, as they seemed to enjoy testing my patience. It's unacceptable for any business to hang up on a customer. Despite receiving an email about a payment issue, they locked me out of my account without providing sufficient information. The automated system and customer service representatives couldn't agree on what I owed, leaving me in the dark about my actual balance. The company is forcing me to pay without access to verify the invoice or wait two weeks for the new bill. This lack of transparency and poor treatment of customers is appalling. It's surprising that a business would operate this way when customers are the ones supporting it. The customer service provided is unacceptable, especially considering we are the ones paying for the service.
