I recently purchased furniture from your Amazon store. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the product was missing parts or did not match the description as advertised. I have initiated a return request, but I am disappointed that a prepaid shipping label was not provided, resulting in costly return expenses. I have contacted Amazon regarding this issue in our email correspondence. This situation has been inconvenient, and I kindly request your cooperation in resolving the shipping cost matter promptly. Providing a prepaid shipping label or suggesting alternative solutions would greatly help restore confidence for myself and other online shoppers in future purchases.
