I noticed a charge of $[redacted] after paying the monthly fee, so I called to speak with a manager but none was available. The lady I spoke with couldn't see those charges and said a manager would call back, but they didn't. Today, I saw another charge of $[redacted] on my card. I called again, and a manager looked into my account and said it was 90 days past due, even though I paid $[redacted] to cover late fees and past dues on December 31. When I asked about the charges, they referred me to the personal trainer desk. The person there was rude and told me to call the front desk instead, even though the manager said the personal trainer should handle it.

I visited Crunch in Carolina, Puerto Rico, and encountered a concerning situation with a customer service representative who behaves aggressively towards clients, selectively enforces rules, and targets certain members. When I addressed this, he confronted me aggressively. I have never had issues at Crunch before, but this behavior is unacceptable. I urge Crunch to take action promptly and remove this individual from their staff.

I am reaching out regarding the ongoing monthly fees linked to the training sessions I attend at the Deptford, NJ branch.
I joined as a new member in November [redacted] and opted for the 3-month weekly training sessions during the Crunch One event. I am pleased with my trainer, despite some areas for improvement among your staff.
On February 3, [redacted], I discussed my concerns with the former manager, Carly. Originally, I intended to cancel my future training sessions due to financial constraints. However, after our conversation, we decided to freeze the sessions. Carly assured me that the February payment would not be processed.
To my dismay, today, the entire $[redacted] was debited from my account, causing financial strain. I spoke with the current manager, Jill, who reached out to Regional Manager, Nick Moller. Regrettably, Nick declined to refund the fees citing the cancellation deadline of January 28th, a date change I was not made aware of.
I acknowledge the recent management transitions and hope for a resolution that prioritizes customer retention. I simply request a refund as Carly previously guaranteed.
If my request cannot be accommodated, I will consider canceling rather than freezing my sessions moving forward.
My husband has been a member at your facility for 1.5+ years, and I have referred my neighbor and sister-in-law as well.

I was recently asked by staff at Murfreesboro Crunch gym in Tennessee to leave and terminate my membership because I have raised concerns multiple times about the explicit rap music played at the front desk. The lyrics contain offensive language and I believe it is inappropriate, especially considering there is a kids' club nearby. When I questioned the staff about the offensive language, they were dismissive and suggested I cancel my membership. I am shocked by how I was treated and feel like I am being blamed for the situation. I find it unacceptable that this type of music is allowed in a public space where children are present. I am considering reaching out to local media and council members to address this issue. I believe there are more appropriate music choices that can be played at the gym, and I hope that my concerns are taken seriously.

I cancelled my membership last month and received a confirmation email. Despite being told I would have one more payment, I was unexpectedly charged on the 9th, resulting in a $30 return check fee. This issue has recurred this year after my attempt to cancel in January. I seek reimbursement for the return check fees and a halt to membership payments, as I am no longer a Crunch member.

I'm Prashanth Gaurav Lagadapati. I recently tried out a Crunch membership for a month in Tampa and decided to sign up after being assured I could use NY branches. Unfortunately, upon returning to NY, I was informed I don't have access to signature gyms.
I need to cancel my membership associated with my Chase bank account ending in [redacted] promptly. Despite multiple calls and emails, I haven't received any response and continue to be charged $26 monthly unnecessarily. I've been unable to cancel this subscription through my bank as well.
Please cancel my gym membership without delay, or please provide me with assistance to reach a support representative.

While using the pink lift bar at the gym, I was approached by a Crunch staff member named Mark. He informed me about a policy against using that particular bar, fearing it could bend. He mentioned potential membership cancellation if I persisted. I noticed other members using the same bar and questioned this discrepancy, leading to an argument. Typically, I keep to myself during workouts and have never encountered issues at Crunch Fitness before this incident.

Hello. I have been attempting to cancel my gym membership since January 4, [redacted]. Despite sending multiple emails and making several calls each week, my membership was only recently canceled over the phone. Unfortunately, my account has been charged four additional fees of $34.99 each and a $54 charge. The General Manager assured me last Monday that they would address this issue, but as of today, Wednesday, my bank has not received any refunds. Since I no longer reside in California, I am unable to visit the gym in person to resolve the matter. I am eager to have my funds returned promptly.

I need assistance with my Crunch Fitness membership at the Ladson location. Despite notifying them earlier about my inability to use the gym due to foot surgery after only attending for six days, they did not cancel it as promised. When I contacted them again, I was informed that I would have to pay the annual fee despite only using the facility for a short period. Given my medical condition with foot surgery, tendon and nerve damage, I am unable to utilize the membership for the rest of the year. I recently raised a concern about an employee in the kids' care program touching my child inappropriately, tapping their head unnecessarily, and displaying rude behavior towards me. Unfortunately, following my complaint, my children were unexpectedly removed from the program. It seems unjust that my kids are being penalized to retain an understaffed employee. I am disappointed by this outcome and feel the situation could have been handled better with a formal meeting rather than a phone call. I am requesting a refund for this month's fees. While using a machine at the Crunch gym in Seminole, FL, I encountered an issue with the grip. After stepping away briefly to get a replacement, I returned to find that Luke, a personal trainer, had taken over the machine. Despite informing him of my situation, his reaction made me feel uncomfortable and scared. I requested to be notified when he finished, but unfortunately, I was not informed, and someone else ended up using the machine. As a paying member, I expect better treatment from the staff and do not believe such behavior should be tolerated. I hope that by addressing this complaint, it will lead to an improved experience for all members.

I was charged a $50 upgrade fee at the Maple Grove, MN location. The gym is dirty, with torn and ripped free weight benches. When my wife inquired about bed cleaning, she was told it was her responsibility, causing us frustration. My wife even canceled her membership due to the lack of cleanliness and care. I recently visited Crunch Fitness at 375A N Capitol Ave, San Jose, CA [redacted]. Although I showed the staff my active memberships at Sunnyvale (basic) and Simi Valley (peak at $35 per month) through the app, they denied me entry. Despite offering to provide bank statements and proof of my peak membership, I was informed that their scanners were not functioning. One staff member suggested I purchase a day pass to gain access.
Due to this experience, I would like to request the cancellation of all my Crunch Fitness memberships. After paying for several months without issue, I was disappointed by the treatment I received from the staff and being unable to access a facility I am entitled to use as a member.

I've been searching for a gym to join since returning home after graduation. This past Saturday, I decided to try out Crunch with a 1-day pass. I enjoyed the workout and intended to sign up for a membership. When I went to retrieve my driver's license from the front desk, it was missing. The staff couldn't locate it even after searching for 40 minutes. The manager refused to check the security cameras due to corporate policy. I felt concerned about identity theft but was met with indifference. I suggested they might have given my license to someone else by mistake, which seemed to offend the manager. Despite my frustration, he showed little empathy, did not apologize, and refused to take responsibility. I eventually had to involve the police and spent hours sorting out the situation. I proposed compensation, but the manager reacted dismissively. Eventually, my license was returned, but the manager's attitude throughout the ordeal was unprofessional and disrespectful, making me regret considering a membership at Crunch.

While at Crunch in Amarillo, I encountered an issue with the staff regarding how to place the dumbbells on the padded floor correctly. Despite following instructions not to drop the weights, an incident occurred. When I requested guidance on the proper way to set them down, the staff member was unable to demonstrate. This led to a frustrating interaction as the staff was unable to lift the weight properly themselves. As I left the gym, the staff's response seemed dismissive, prompting me to continue my workout at Gold's Gym. I believe that Crunch in Amarillo could enhance their customer interaction for better communication and support.

Hello, my name is Jarrell Lloyd, and I am a member of Crunch Fitness gym in Daytona Beach, Florida. I am experiencing an issue at the gym that I would like to report. Jennifer, an employee at the gym, informed me that it does not matter if men are making my female companion feel uncomfortable and attempting to start fights with me over her. I have addressed this with Jennifer three times now as the man even stood behind my companion while she was working out and then warned me not to look at him. Despite pointing out the man to Jennifer, she has not taken any action. My companion should feel comfortable going to the gym, and I should not feel threatened. It is becoming concerning and unreasonable. Jennifer mentioned she cannot intervene, even though the man has tried to intimidate me several times. This situation is unacceptable as we simply go to the gym to work out, and my companion and I have been attending since it opened. Yesterday, the same man initiated a confrontation again.
