To whom it may concern, Home searching can be a challenging task. Finding a suitable place within budget is crucial. We engaged a realtor who asked us to sign a buyer's agreement, but we found no benefits favoring buyers. We started with one agent from your company and were later referred to another, resulting in signing two contracts with your agency. After numerous discussions and viewing unsuitable properties, we decided Nina was not the right fit for us. We politely notified her that we were no longer searching. However, she is insisting that we owe her payment despite not assisting us in finding a home. We have since found another agent local to our desired area who successfully found us a suitable home. Unfortunately, the closing date is now being delayed due to the previous agreement. We have tried discussing and emailing Nina about the situation, but she remains firm on payment. Dear Sir/Madam, Searching for a home can be a challenging task, and it can be frustrating when things do not go as planned. Upon signing a buyer's agreement with one agent from your company, we were later assigned to work with another agent, Nina, within the same company. Despite our efforts to express our decision to no longer pursue properties with Nina and our gratitude for her time, she insists on maintaining the agreement. We have since found a more suitable agent familiar with the area who has successfully located a home for us. However, the closing date is now at risk due to the ongoing contractual issue with Nina. Despite our attempts to resolve this matter through communication, Nina remains insistent on receiving payment despite not facilitating the process of finding a home for us effectively.
