I signed up for CLEAR after being pulled out of the TSA Pre-Check line by a convincing representative at LaGuardia last year. I never received an email confirmation, account number, login information or any details. Due to my frequent travels, it slipped my mind. Since I stopped my travel job two months ago, I noticed an annual fee pending in my bank statement on Friday, March 15. I tried to contact CLEAR to reverse the charge and cancel my account but couldn't reach a person. I attempted to cancel the account online, but I am unsure if it was successful as I didn't receive the promised email confirmation. I have not received any communication from CLEAR before. I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized annual fee charged on Friday, March 15, [redacted].

I recently signed up for a Clearme membership at the Atlanta airport with the help of an agent. The agent charged my credit card a dollar to verify my identity, and mentioned that I would be contacted within a month. However, despite checking my email regularly, I have not received any communication. To my surprise, my bank informed me of a $[redacted] charge from Clearme that I did not authorize. This unauthorized charge has caused my account to be overdrawn significantly. I am seeking assistance in cancelling this transaction. My name is Eric Peterson. On November 27th, my family and I departed from SeaTac Airport. My Clear account was active, but my wife's account, Melody Peterson, had an outdated status. We had to pay $[redacted] to get her through Clear. The Clear staff mentioned it should only cost $50 for the family plan. I recently enrolled my family but forgot we are United Premier 1K members. We wish to switch our memberships to the United Premier 1K plan, which is complimentary. On the first anniversary of our membership, we noticed we had only used Clear twice and decided to cancel. I received an email mentioning auto-renewal, which we did not intend to do. We thought the subscription was already terminated. In my Bank of America statement from November 11 to December 10, a CLEARME charge of $[redacted].00 appeared. How can I have this charge removed or refunded to my Bank of America account?

I have been attempting to reach you for four days, but your phone lines seem to be constantly busy. I would like to cancel the renewal on my account as I did not use the service at all last year. When I first tried to use the service, I was told to go back downstairs and sign up, which was not explained to me when I signed up through Delta Airlines. When we initially signed up for Clear, we enjoyed the convenience of having a dedicated X-ray station at the airport. However, during our recent travel experience at DTW, we were merged with others in TSA pre-check, causing delays and inconvenience as we had to remove multiple items to clear security. My wife encountered similar issues with her boots, and the process felt inefficient with other travelers passing through ahead of us. The sensitivity of the metal detection at DTW seems to be causing unnecessary delays, as even everyday items like wallets trigger alarms.
As our primary airport is CLT, which does not offer Clear, we believe improvements are needed at DTW to justify the cost of the service. The lack of Clear at CLT, coupled with issues like limited TSA stations and early morning flight rushes, makes the extra services less beneficial. We may need to reconsider our membership if these problems persist, especially since Clear is not available at CLT. We hope for a resolution to enhance our travel experiences.

The attendant mentioned an issue with an old account of mine and was unable to merge my accounts or allow us to proceed with Clear. On February 7, [redacted], while at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in the United Terminal for my flight to New Jersey, I was approached by a Clear representative offering fast X-ray service. Despite explaining that I rarely travel, as this trip was due to a family emergency for my Uncle's funeral, I was convinced to sign up for the free trial with the assurance of a quick registration process and the ability to cancel within two months without charge. However, to my dismay, Clear charged $[redacted] from my bank account prematurely, causing undue stress as this amount equates to almost a full paycheck for me as I only work part-time. I would like to request the cancellation of an improper membership. Approximately a year ago, I signed some paperwork at an airport and later received an email requiring an in-person interview which I never attended. I was approached by a gentleman at the airport who offered to help me speed through security. Despite my doubts, I signed up on the computer he provided because I was in pain and unaware of any charges. I recently received a deposit of $[redacted] into my account and had bills pending. Yesterday, we signed up for Clear before our trip today. After checking in with Delta, we were approached by a friendly young lady asking if we were interested in Clear. After a few hiccups with the fingerprint scans, she smoothly guided us through the process, even providing additional tips along the way. Ty S. was truly exceptional and served as a fantastic ambassador for Clear. Last week, I downloaded the app on my iPhone, where I uploaded photos of my vaccination card and driver's license, and entered my vaccination details. I successfully created an account with the username [redacted] Following this, I completed a survey sent by Clear. However, my company is having trouble verifying my vaccination status as they see no record of it. Can someone confirm if my information is in the Clear system with a simple yes or no?

I am seeking support to aid in the release of my partner from Western Hospital. He sustained severe injuries requiring 17 stitches above his eye and in his hand, and endured further physical abuse. I spoke with a Clear representative at Palm Beach Airport who set up an account for me. They mentioned a three-month free trial for AMEX Platinum cardholders. After receiving a text to download the app, I attempted to change my password but did not receive the security code email despite trying three times. I am uncertain whether I actually have an account with Clear considering the email was not sent as stated.

I have been attempting to receive assistance for several days without success. There is a charge on my May checking account that requires a refund. I was introduced to your system at the airport on 6/23. My son, my granddaughter, and I all utilized it under the impression that we could cancel within the free 14-day trial period.
