While driving my sedan on [redacted] West today around 3:30 pm, a City Furniture truck suddenly changed lanes into me without using a turn signal. Despite honking, the truck driver was speeding at approximately 80 MPH in a 65 MPH zone. I captured a video of the incident. This was a frightening experience as I was alone in my car. The truck headed from [redacted] West to [redacted] Sawgrass with two men aged between 30-40, neither wearing masks, exhibiting reckless driving behavior. The sticker number seemed to be J43-43V, but I was shaken. I hope this information helps identify the individuals driving dangerously in the City Furniture truck. DOT [redacted].

I purchased a mattress from City Furniture in July [redacted] based on the brand's quality reputation. Despite being recommended, the mattress began to sag in parts, conforming to our bodies and causing back pain for both my wife and me. After struggling to reach the warranty department, an inspection was eventually scheduled in March after being rescheduled once. The inspector confirmed a manufacturing issue, but City Furniture failed to follow up within the promised timeframe. Multiple attempts to contact the warranty department have been unsuccessful. Recently, I received an SMS stating that mattress deformities are not covered by the warranty, contrary to the three-year coverage mentioned in the invoice. I am extremely dissatisfied as I expected better service for a high-quality product and now have to sleep in my kids' room due to the pain caused by the mattress. The lack of resolution from City Furniture's aftersales service is disappointing.

I eagerly awaited the arrival of my new king-sized bed and frame with a headboard. However, I became concerned when the delivery crew struggled with assembly due to a lack of appropriate tools. Within a few weeks, creaking noises and an uneven mattress became apparent, revealing missing screws and leaning supports. Despite several attempts to fix the frame, it continues to have issues, even coming apart recently at the head. I am disappointed with the quality of the frame considering the significant investment made and the reputation of City Furniture. I would like to request a refund and return the frame.
