Hello,
I sent an email on February 4th but have not received a response from your team yet. I reached out again for the second time but unfortunately have not heard back from anyone.
Regarding the order number CFF13623, I purchased a Mandalorian costume for my grandson which he adores. However, after just a few weeks, we noticed that some seams have come undone and the material has started to fray. Considering the price of the costume, we expected better durability. Additionally, the costume is a bit big on him, even though he is careful with it. Is there a way we can address this issue?
I am also eager to know when you will restock the same costume in a larger size as my other grandson now wishes to have one as well.
