I would like to share my email address [redacted] and explain my concern. Approximately 8 months ago, I closed my Cash App Account after receiving unexpected text messages about a payment decline related to a fitness club or gym subscription. I have since discarded my Cash App card.
Recently, I realized the necessity of a Cash App Account to collect payments from the online games I participate in to help with my monthly expenses.
Would it be possible for you to assist me in resolving this matter? Perhaps by helping me create a new account and ensuring my previous account is closed properly?

Approximately three days ago, my account was hacked, and the perpetrator stole $10 that was in it. I realized that every time I linked my phone number, they would unlink it and replace it with theirs, even updating the address on the account. I urgently need assistance in removing them from my account and recovering my money. I had to create a new account since I couldn't add more funds to the old one as they kept taking it. I have already contacted customer service once, and they informed me it would take 10 days, but I require the refund sooner.

I've been searching for my stimulus deposits for two years, and the IRS has located them with your company. A person named Chris assured me that I would receive my money 20 minutes after sending Bitcoin to www.prestigetradox.com. I needed the funds I sent back in March, and he promised it would be returned after the transaction. Sadly, he deceived me, and Cash App has not been helpful in resolving this issue. I am in a desperate situation as someone experiencing homelessness, with no resources and facing hunger. My disability leaves me vulnerable, and the $[redacted] seems to have vanished into thin air. I recently logged into my Cash App account and received the standard code verification email. However, after completing the verification process, I was prompted to enter the card number starting with [redacted], which was the first card I had ever linked to my account. Unfortunately, I have since discarded the card and removed its details from my device, leaving me unable to access my account and retrieve the funds I have in there to pay my phone bill.

I downloaded the app, completed the setup, and ordered my card. Today, the card was delivered. However, upon opening the app on my phone, I'm being asked to create an account as it shows no record of my previous setup. Despite receiving the card by mail, I am unable to activate it because the app does not acknowledge my initial setup. I even connected it to my bank account during the setup. I used Cash App to send money to someone, but the same amount was sent to another person I did not choose. I requested a refund, but that person has not replied. I did not make this mistake and I should not have to resolve it. This situation occurred because of an error with the app. I am unable to reach out to this unknown person. Cash App should have the contact information and handle this matter directly.

I have been trying to speak with a manager from Cash App regarding two recent unauthorized transactions on my account. Every time I ask for a manager, the call gets disconnected with a promise of an email that never comes. The two case reference numbers are #[redacted]5 dated 05/25/23 and #[redacted]1 on 05/30/23. Initially, I reported a $[redacted] unauthorized bank transfer to TD Bank, followed by another $[redacted] transfer on May 23rd. I believe my account has been compromised. I reported my card missing, but shortly after, I received notifications stating a new card was being requested, which I did not request. If anyone tries to contact me claiming to be me, please disregard it, as the hackers have access to my passwords. I am dealing with this situation and appreciate your assistance, but please refrain from sending me a new card until this matter is resolved. Thank you.

I received my Cash App card, but it keeps showing as inactive when I try to use it. I have funds in my Cash App account that I need for work. Every time I try to unlock the card using the app, it prompts me to order a new one, but I want to keep and use my current card. I urgently need access to my money for gas as I am headed to work. My Cash App account was closed for some kind of code violation, and I received this message when I tried to access it:

I experienced an issue while attempting to withdraw money from an ATM. After inserting my card and initiating the transaction, I followed all the required steps. However, when the transaction completed, the ATM prompted me to take my card back. Subsequently, the screen displayed a message about dispensing cash, but quickly switched to an "out of order" notification. I haven't received any new updates regarding my dispute. On June 29th, I reported unauthorized charges on my account, suspecting a hack or duplication. Despite being told my identity verification would be resolved within 24 hours, it took three days and a request for a supervisor's number to move forward. Repeatedly using the dispute transaction link, submitting screenshots, and re-typing details hasn't yielded progress. Each time, I'm informed that my case has been escalated to another team, but no specifics are given on how to proceed. After 10 days of continuous follow-ups and with 66 documented conversations, I still find myself without any resolution.

I recently had my phone stolen and am currently unable to log into mine and my blind husband's accounts. I am using a County library laptop, but as the accounts are only accessible through a phone app and not a website browser, I need assistance. Additionally, my husband and I bought a Garden Cart online, paid in full with a copy of the receipt as proof, but the company claims they haven't received payment and haven't delivered the item. I recently booked a hotel room through Priceline for $93.97 on 7/8/23. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to accommodate me, and Priceline offered a full refund. I promptly received an email confirmation on 7/8/23 and saw the cancellation reflected on the MyTrips section of Priceline's website. Customer service has also confirmed that the refund was approved and sent to my bank.
In a separate issue with Cashapp, there is a pending debit transaction of $93.97. Despite reaching out through the chat feature, Cashapp claims they have not received any refund yet. I was given conflicting information about the pending amount and have been awaiting resolution for 6 days. Both companies seem to redirect me to each other regarding the issue.
I am eager to have my money returned promptly and believe the process should not take this long. Requesting assistance from a supervisor or escalation department at either Priceline or Cashapp would be greatly appreciated.

After a dispute, Venmo refunded the money to me. The card connected to my Cash App account needed to be changed due to upcoming surgery. I transferred the refunded amount to my Cash App account, but it disappeared immediately, claiming it covered a negative balance from May [redacted], which I never had. Despite reaching out to Cash App support through phone calls and chats multiple times, they keep directing me to Venmo and my bank. I am unable to escalate the issue to a manager or supervisor for assistance.
