This was my first purchase from CampSaver, and I recently ordered a pair of boots. While I had hoped to like the boots, unfortunately, the fit did not meet my expectations. Despite trying them on several times during the week, I ultimately decided to return them.
Regrettably, I sent the boots back without the tags as I had initially intended to keep them, thus not keeping the tags. Additionally, the box was damaged upon arrival, so I saw no reason in keeping it.
My disappointment arose when I received store credit for the item instead of a refund. Although I had planned to use the return money on a future purchase, being limited to spending it with CampSaver has soured my experience. I would much prefer a full refund, as the requirement to use store credit has been disheartening and has marred my first encounter with CampSaver.
