Hello, my name is Feisal Baksh. I live at [redacted] North 5th Place, Phoenix, Arizona. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Today marks the beginning of a new day, with the sun shining upon us. The casual greeting of "hey" can lead to unexpected connections, similar to the simplicity of "Hay is for Horses." Imagining a restaurant with chicken feet, tacos, beer pong, and Chardonnay creates a unique setting where people can enjoy balloons filled with dollar bills. Remember, keep it real. These musings can be appreciated by companies seeking a break from deadlines and stress, perhaps at a party with plums, olives, and Bacardi. A new day brings opportunities for change. As the fisherman says, "Nice bite. Night Night. Sleep tight."

I am seeking a grant for my Nonprofit Society in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We are a newly established organization with a focus on opening a Recovery Home for Indigenous Trafficked and Addicted Women in the Downtown Eastside of Metro Vancouver. Our society is dedicated to supporting the Me Too Movement. Despite applying for grants from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Force and gathering letters of support from high-ranking RCMP members and the Metis Nation of British Columbia, we do not have the necessary funds to materialize our aspirations. Our immediate goals include setting up a small office and a National Crisis Line to offer emotional support and guidance to women in need. Ultimately, we aim to establish a Recovery Home in Downtown Vancouver. Although we had plans for Christopher Lawford to assist with fundraising before his passing, we are now facing financial challenges. Your consideration and support for our cause are greatly appreciated. Thank you. Regards, Kelli Riggs Briscoe.

I have been a loyal fan of "Hawaii 5-0" from the beginning, when it featured Jack Lord. I was thrilled when the remake with Alex O'Loughlin came out and became an instant fan. However, I am now unable to enjoy the show without the Asian costars who were unjustly let go due to unequal compensation. This situation raises serious concerns. It appears that "CBS Cares" is very selective and only cares when it is convenient. I cannot support such discriminatory practices. Just to clarify, I am Italian, not Asian. It is disheartening to see CBS engage in the very behavior they claim to oppose. I have always stood against discrimination and now find it disappointing that CBS, a network I thought highly of, would be involved in it. - Joe P.

I currently have family cable through Spectrum. Instead of paying double, I plan to cancel my subscription at [redacted] I'll access content using my Spectrum credentials. Spectrum now blocks previously ad-free shows unless I upgrade to an ad-free plan. This means I'm getting less value for my money, a change from when I first joined. If the company doesn't appreciate its customers, it risks losing credibility like certain biased news departments. For news, I prefer Beyond Israel.org, Reallifewithjackhibbs.com, military news sources, CRTV.COM, HISChannel.com, and, with some skepticism, Fox News with hosts like Hannity, Judge Jeanine Pirro, and Martha's View. I find scripted news untrustworthy without multiple independent sources. I choose not to watch shows like the reboots of "The Connors" and "Murphy Brown" due to their disrespectful portrayal of the President. I intend to boycott all advertisers that support such content. Any celebrities advocating harm or violence if the President wins reelection should be held accountable for their statements and cover costs for illegal immigrants they endorse. Their financial responsibility would align them with the consequences faced by law-abiding taxpaying citizens.

Hello, I would like to share a story that occurred on Monday, November 12, [redacted]. It involves a 12-year-old adolescent girl named Lexis in Gary, Indiana. After school, Lexis did not board the bus with her sister, which led to her family's concern. Despite the initial lack of assistance, following a series of events involving text messages from a boy and efforts to involve the police, Lexis was eventually found. The family is now dealing with the aftermath and seeking support for the protection of children in similar situations. The main takeaway is the importance of ensuring children's safety at schools and on buses. If there are ways to enhance child protection, please reach out to discuss further.

Dear CBS, I have been a long-time depositor with you, and my daughter's car loan was approved a year ago. Unfortunately, we have not received a copy of the Deed of Sale or the mortgaged vehicle documentation since then. We are now facing challenges with your Credit and Collection Department, and I am requesting the right person to address this issue regarding my daughter's car loan. I prefer not to deal with the Credit and Collection Department due to their lack of customer service. Kindly provide me with the name and contact details of your Customer Care Head to address this matter promptly. I urgently need a copy of my daughter's signed loan agreement and an updated statement of the account. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, as I have been requesting these documents for a year now. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in resolving this issue efficiently. - Marites Santos Aguila

I am writing to request a refund for three erroneous charges to my bank account starting from December 3, [redacted]. I recently noticed that I have been billed for All Access since 12/03/[redacted], although I was not aware that I had an active account. I initially signed up for a trial, around October/November, but I canceled it shortly thereafter due to time constraints. However, I was surprised to find charges from my Bank of America account (**[redacted]) once again. Despite my attempts to reach out to CBS support, I could not locate my account or cancel the subscription. After contacting customer service and providing my information, I was informed that there was an error in my sign-up email address. Consequently, I was told that I would not be reimbursed for the charges. I am writing to request a review of my usage history to confirm that I did not utilize the account during the period of the charges. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you, Ruth Bertorelli.

I am facing issues with Spectrum cable as they are not updating the On Demand feature promptly, causing a delay in watching shows like the Late Show with Stephen Colbert. While Spectrum claims that CBS is responsible for providing the content, I have noticed that other CBS shows are up to date while Late Show episodes are a week behind. I believe this delay may be intentional due to the show's portrayal of certain political figures. I have tried contacting Spectrum customer service, but they keep passing the blame onto CBS. This inconsistency in updating the shows on the On Demand feature is frustrating, especially when other CBS shows are current. I am concerned that this delay could be infringing upon my right to access the content I enjoy.

I subscribed and paid for a year of CBS All Access, but have been unable to access it since relocating to Manila, Philippines. Despite being charged, I cannot watch any content. Refunds are not necessary if I can at least use the service. My emails seeking help only refer me to an unanswered U.S. phone number. I believe CBS should be able to provide a password to access the service I paid for. This issue has persisted for two and a half months. Please assist me in resolving this problem instead of sending more advertisements.

On August 18, [redacted], my next-door neighbor unlawfully entered my property and tried to force his way into my home, causing fear for myself and my fiancé. I defended us by holding a knife until the police arrived after my fiancé called [redacted]. However, despite having evidence of the threat, the police only charged him with threats instead of attempted murder or home invasion. I feel let down by the system, especially living in South Central Los Angeles. As a veteran who served in Vietnam, it's disheartening not to receive adequate protection for my family in my old age at 69. Your help and support would be invaluable as we are struggling to get the assistance we need from the authorities.

I signed up for CBS All Access through iTunes on my Apple TV a week ago. Even though the payment went through, CBS is not acknowledging my subscription. I've called CBS twice and each time spent about an hour on hold [waiting 40-50 minutes each time before speaking to someone]. I was told that the problem was escalated to tech support, and I should expect an email response, but nothing has been resolved. I'm paying for the service but still can't access it. - E.S. = [redacted] - [redacted]

I recently resubscribed to CBS All Access on 10/7/19, but I've been unable to sign in successfully. Every time I try to access it, I only see the CBS All Access screen with a blue line underneath, and it stays that way. I've reached out to customer service and technical support approximately 6 times, providing all the requested information and following their instructions, but the issue remains unresolved. During my latest interaction with customer service today, I received the same response that they are still working on the problem. It's been a month since I first encountered this issue, and I'm becoming quite frustrated with the lack of progress in resolving it.

I recently reached out to the CBS All Access customer service line with a question about reactivating my service as a returning customer. I had initially canceled due to poor service experiences with the automated system, not the human representatives. The phone robot mentioned a 12-minute wait time but offered a call-back option. After scheduling a call-back, I received the call after about 13 minutes and have been on hold listening to music and occasional messages thanking me for my patience for a total of 41 minutes. This extended wait time has made me reconsider using this service as it seems predominantly reliant on automated systems rather than adequate human support. Despite paying a similar fee to other popular services, the level of customer assistance does not compare. I hope CBS All Access can improve its customer service to match the subscription price. For now, I will be saying goodbye once again.

I installed this app earlier this month and uninstalled it on the same day. It charged me $65 on my paycheck that I received yesterday, leaving me with no funds. This has put me in a tough spot as I have bills to pay, Christmas expenses, and no money for food. Being the sole provider for my family, I am in urgent need of the refunded amount. Could you please remove this app from my phone and refund my money since I used it for only one day? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Issue with "NCIS: Los Angeles" - I had trouble with the sound during the episode on Sunday, November 29. This problem has happened before on CBS shows. The dialogue was unclear compared to commercials. This indicates that the TV is not the issue. The sound quality was so bad that I switched to another show. The following Sunday, the sound improved slightly but was still subpar.

I'm looking forward to watching Survivor. If the show doesn't air, I'll be really disappointed. I make sure to be home in time for it, no matter what. I don't care about spoilers; I just want to watch the episode. It seems like Survivor is starting now, and I hope to enjoy it without any interruptions. I prefer to watch the entire show without any breaks, so I can catch up on any updates later without someone cutting it short on TV.

In July [redacted], we switched from DirecTV to Dish due to not receiving our local CBS station, KOLR 10, which resulted in us missing several Kansas City Chiefs games. After multiple phone calls between DirecTV and KOLR 10, we were unable to resolve the issue, leading us to switch to Dish. Now, during the playoffs, we find ourselves caught in another disagreement between big corporations. As loyal Chiefs fans, we've missed crucial games and historic victories due to this dispute. We feel frustrated and disappointed by the situation and the lack of consideration for the public. If the matter is not resolved promptly, we are prepared to take action by boycotting sponsors and expressing our displeasure. We hope for a resolution before the next AFC playoff game so we can enjoy watching our team without further disruptions.

While watching TV on January 15th, [redacted], at 10 a.m., the regular programming was interrupted by a presentation from Nancy Pelosi and fellow Democrats concerning the impeachment news. As a supporter of the president, I find it frustrating that this was given so much airtime and disrupted the scheduled shows unnecessarily. I feel that such updates could have been shared during a news break at noon without causing such a disturbance. It is important to exercise discretion when deciding to broadcast such content, as it can be viewed as biased and disruptive. I believe in holding the president accountable for both his actions and commendable decisions, but in this instance, I feel disappointed by the network's handling of the situation.

No more free airtime for Trump, please. Enough of his nonsense is enough! If any free airtime given to Trump is not compensated, it should be given to a Democrat for rebuttal. Many Americans I talk to switch the station when Trump is on and only return when he's off the air. Ten minutes should be the maximum airtime for Trump unless his campaign is paying for it. Enough of Trump - please!

CBS is set to host the debate in South Carolina next Tuesday. The chaos from the last debate in Las Vegas was apparent to many - candidates talking over each other, being disrespectful, and going off-topic. I really hope CBS, potentially with moderators Gail and Nora, can keep things under control. If it gets out of hand, having a "shut off switch" on unruly candidates' microphones could be a solution. Moreover, if a candidate avoids a question, they should be promptly redirected by the moderators. In the past, I wasn't fond of Nora's expression of opinions during the morning news, believing CBS journalists should remain neutral. However, Nora's performance on the evening news has been impressive - delivering the news articulately and professionally. Thank you for your attention to this.
