I purchased a Legend Ultra HD 10X42 binocular for $[redacted].99 at Bass Pro in September [redacted]. It's a fantastic product that I love. In [redacted], I sent it in for repair due to a cracked diopter adjustment ring and malfunctioning twist-up eye cups, which were fixed under warranty. However, the eye cups soon malfunctioned again, not staying all the way out as needed. Since I didn't want to go through the shipping process mid-season, I used super glue to keep the eye pieces permanently out. Recently, on October 1st, I noticed double vision and contacted a local camera shop for assessment. They suggested returning the binocular to the manufacturer. I am concerned that the super glue may have voided the warranty and am unsure. If the warranty can still be honored, please let me know. These binoculars have served me well for 10 years, and I appreciate your assistance. Looking forward to your response. - Tom Olsen

I bought a Cellu Core 20 Bushnell trail camera that was defective, so I returned it and got a refund at the store. However, I had already set up the iPhone app and provided my credit card details for the $15.00 monthly plan that was supposed to start after the free trial. I want to cancel this subscription before it kicks in. I tried contacting Bushnell Canada, but I didn't get the help I needed. Now, I have a different camera without a monthly fee. Can you advise me on how to cancel this plan?

I placed an order on November 21st and called on the 22nd to cancel it. They told me it was too late as it had already been processed but not shipped. I received the order and returned it on November 30th at my expense. I filled out the return paperwork and followed up last week. The representative mentioned this wasn't the standard return procedure and escalated my case. Today, I received an email instructing me to call if my issue was unresolved. I called, waited on hold, left a call back number, and then received a call back. After being transferred multiple times, I experienced very poor customer service. I am frustrated by the long wait time. I just want my refund as it has been weeks.

I purchased my Bushnell Fusion X 10x42 rangefinding binoculars on 28/02/[redacted] and have only used them a few times. Lately, I've been having issues with the rangefinder not detecting objects beyond 25 meters. Initially, they worked well and could range objects at long distances quickly. However, on my last outing, they failed to pick up a deer at only [redacted] meters, leading me to test them on buildings where I continued to face problems.
I replaced the battery, which slightly improved the issue, but it remains inconsistent in picking up targets. Despite trying different settings, the problem persists. I'm located in the UK and have been unsuccessful in reaching Bushnell. The store where I purchased them has a 21-day return policy, which has now passed.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to resolve this problem, I would greatly appreciate the assistance.
