I am experiencing repeated issues with your cable box. Once again, while watching TV, the cable box stopped working. I recently spoke with an agent about this same problem yesterday. An error message, lA01, appeared during the initial setup of the box, preventing me from accessing cable TV. Despite unplugging the box multiple times, it remains unresolved. The phone line put me on hold indefinitely before disconnecting due to high call volumes, leaving me unable to speak with a customer service representative. The agent directed me to Timewarnercable.com since I am an existing customer. After a long wait, a representative named Daquan informed me that I am not in their region and advised me to contact you. I hope I am reaching the correct place as I am currently upset.
