I attempted to log in from another device and accidentally entered the wrong password. I contacted support over a week ago for help with regaining access. They requested photos of my driver's license and me holding it. After calling a few days ago, I was informed that the images were received and to give them 48 hours to resolve the issue. Hello, this is Carol DeHart reaching out once again. I am having difficulties accessing my account, which is extremely frustrating. I have tried my last two passwords, but none seem to work. On January 15th, I was promised a refer-a-friend bonus of earning 30x reward points per dollar playing Poker. Despite playing extensively to earn these points, they were never credited to my account. When I raised this issue with customer service, the 1st supervisor claimed the points were added but couldn’t provide proof. Seeking further clarification, I contacted another supervisor but received the same unsatisfactory explanation. The 2nd supervisor stated that reward points cannot accumulate during bonus play using bonus funds and can only be earned from one's cash balance. However, the bonus terms clearly stated otherwise. I completed the bonus requirements, but my points were not awarded as promised. Despite spending over $25 on Poker, I was told I didn’t have enough points for cash or rewards. I feel deceived and frustrated with the lack of resolution or apology after multiple hours wasted on this issue. It's about the principle of honoring what was initially promised.

I had multiple unauthorized charges from Bovada within a short period, triggering my credit card company to suspect fraud. The charges, occurring at 3AM from Nairobi, Kenya, were under strange names like a cosmetic company. I attempted to contact Bovada for a month to explain, but couldn't get through their chat or customer service number due to alleged Covid restrictions. Additionally, after winning on March Madness, a $1,[redacted] check bounced because Bovada claimed I had no account due to them closing it.
