I have encountered some shipping issues with UPS Surepost, which is similar to FedEx Smartpost, both being subpar in my experience. My recent order was slightly delayed, arriving a day after the estimated week-long shipping projection. Despite the package being due tomorrow, the USPS tracking information has only just updated a week following the order. Given the abundance of negative 1-star reviews, I am hesitant to make future purchases or recommend this company. I intend to notify PETA about this situation, as their association is tarnishing their reputation. Should the products or service disappoint me as others have reported, I will seek a resolution. My aim is to convey these concerns in the hopes of prompting an enhancement in their service quality.
