I recently received a package from Blinds.com, but unfortunately, the box was too short for my window. I promptly returned it via FedEx last week without opening it. The box was ordered by me, Ted (Theodore) B., and was shipped to [redacted] 9th Road, Live Oak, FL by FedEx. Assuming the blind inside was also too short, I returned the box without contacting them first. I am unsure if you have received the package I returned, containing the blind.
My phone number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] I realize I might have confused the company with "lindster.com," as they did not have any information about my order. That sometimes happens as one gets older.

I recently had an experience with blinds.com sending a representative to measure my windows. Unfortunately, the process did not go as expected. Instead of receiving the measurements to place an order with blinds.com, I was provided with no measurements and a quote from a third-party company at a 40% higher price. When I questioned this, I was informed that the company works with the third party. Despite the blinds.com prices being significantly lower even for the most expensive blind, I was told that the third party handles installations unlike blinds.com, which is advertised as a do-it-yourself option. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and I am left questioning how often this occurs. I appreciated the time but ultimately found it to be a wasteful experience for both parties.

I had a visit from Windows 25 at my home to measure my windows. They measured only 5 out of the 7 floor-to-ceiling windows. Upon the instructions of design consultant Jared Rocha from blinds.com, who contacted Windows 25, it was determined that I needed 4 panels, not 3, for my windows because one panel should be combined into two to make it easier to raise. Mr. Rocha asked me to check the Bali dual blinds colors at Home Depot, so he could calculate the Memorial Day price, which I did on a weekday, choosing ivory and informing him via email. However, I have not received a response from Mr. Rocha yet. The prices are only valid until May 31, and Home Depot provided me with a quote based on the measurements by Windows 25. I am unsure whether I should make the payment to Home Depot today or tomorrow since the price is only guaranteed until tomorrow.

I was guaranteed that I would be happy with my blinds, and they would be fixed or returned if needed. However, I received a blind that I did not order. I am unable to get a detailed invoice showing what I paid for. The color of the plastic end pieces on the shades is a dark gray, which is not neutral. This will create obvious dark spots against my neutral-colored rooms, which is not acceptable. I have tried reaching out to customer service, but there seems to be a lack of communication in that department. I have also tried contacting Trent, the person I ordered from, via email and text, but he has not replied. It seems that I may have to dispute my payment or take this issue to small claims court.
