I am attempting to locate an individual in Wuzhou, Guangxi, China. When I input China as the country and go to the search page, I encounter a redirection when I try to enter the name. The page then prompts me for information regarding US states, rather than focusing on China. I have not attempted any troubleshooting steps on my own. I have sought assistance from customer service, but I have only received evasive responses. The lack of proper assistance is disappointing, and it appears that there is a lack of concern for customers. It is frustrating that I am unable to speak with a representative and instead can only communicate with an external vendor via chat. This level of service is wholly unsatisfactory.

Subject: Issue with Been Verified Subscription
Hello Been Verified Customer Service,
I reached out a few months back regarding my subscription with a supposed one-time low rate I signed up for. Despite originally purchasing at $4.95, I received multiple high monthly charges after that. Upon contacting customer support to cancel the subscription and get a refund for the unapproved charges, I was assured that it was all taken care of.
However, to my surprise, I am once again seeing these high charges on my account. Even after being informed that the subscription was canceled and the charges would be reimbursed, the payments continue to be deducted. It's important to note that I never intended to sign up for a monthly subscription in the first place.
Could you kindly look into this matter urgently? I need clarification on why I am still being charged for a subscription that I was told had been canceled and haven't used for quite some time.

I have requested a refund as I was wrongly charged $53.78 for the past 2 months. I had a $1 plan but was billed the full amount twice and informed that my $1 plan was discontinued. Despite requesting my information to be removed months ago, it has not been done. My details are associated with unfamiliar individuals, causing issues with my car insurance company, although they should not be using your information. I simply want to be refunded and deleted from your database. This unexpected charge has impacted my finances, especially since I need to purchase prescriptions for a liver transplant and am on limited disability income.

After exploring this website, it seems like one of those platforms that could be profiting from users' private information without their knowledge. If that is the case, it is truly disappointing and unethical. This aspect of technology is something that deeply troubles me, reflecting greed, lack of empathy, shallowness, defamation of character, and deriving pleasure from others' misfortune. On December 2, I was billed $26.89. After contacting customer service to explain that I have never used their service, the representative acknowledged that I had not used it. They mentioned that while refunds are not typically given, an exception would be made in this case. The $26.89 refund was promised but has not appeared in my account yet, causing a charge on my card to be declined. I kindly request that this service be cancelled and the refund processed promptly. On March 2, I received a call on my cell phone from an unknown number, but no one spoke when I answered. I used Been Verified to identify the caller for a $1 charge to my PayPal account, Transaction ID [redacted]9YR[redacted], with no results. Surprisingly, on March 10, I was charged an unauthorized $28.50 by Been Verified under Transaction ID 0DR42257SW870580S. I am seeking clarification from Been Verified regarding this charge.

I'm Belinda G. I was billed $5 on June 3, [redacted], and $43.02 on June 6, [redacted]. I didn't sign up for your services. This charge is on my new credit card, so no one had access to it. On July 1st, I created an account on the BeenVerified platform and paid $1 through PayPal for the service. Unfortunately, on July 9th, I was charged $26.89 due to automatic payment activation, which I was unaware of. I kindly request a refund of $26.89 to be transferred back to my PayPal account. I have already sent two emails to [redacted] and have been waiting for a response for 2 business days. Additionally, I have deleted my BeenVerified account, so I will no longer be utilizing the service.
