To Whom It May Concern, I attempted to contact the store owner but was unable to locate their information. While I am a loyal fan of BatteriesPlus, I must express my disappointment with the behavior of the store manager at the Eagan, MN location today at noon. His conduct, which included inappropriate language and loud berating of employees within earshot of customers, indicated a lack of understanding of proper managerial behavior. Despite my patience with service delays, I could not overlook his disrespectful attitude towards me when I addressed his behavior. When the manager left momentarily, one courageous employee thanked me for speaking up and even extended a handshake, showing a better grasp of customer service. In my opinion, individuals like this employee may be better suited to run the store. Customer service is a mutual exchange that requires patience and respect from both parties. Batteries Plus and its franchise owners should prioritize supervisors with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn. Although I seldom provide feedback, this incident compelled me to share my experience. I sympathize with the staff at that location. Fortunately, there are other reputable BatteriesPlus stores in close proximity. Regrettably, Eagan has lost my business and potential referrals. Warm regards, P. Barrington

In August, I had the front-facing camera on my iPhone X replaced. Since then, I traveled overseas and am currently abroad. To my dismay, the entire screen of my phone is peeling off. This situation is highly disappointing. Although I no longer possess the receipt, this issue should not have occurred so soon after the repair. It has become challenging for me to address this problem while I am away. I am requesting some form of compensation for the incomplete job that was done on my phone.
