Hello, I recently visited my grandmother over the weekend and noticed that she is having difficulty with her front door. While other parts of her home like the bathroom, back door, and windows have been updated for her convenience, the front door has not been replaced yet. I believe it would greatly benefit her to have it changed for easier access. I think she may have already had a recent survey done on her property to identify any other necessary improvements, but has not received a response yet.
I am reaching out to request that you consider replacing her front door to improve her access in and out of the house. I believe that any resident experiencing issues should have the ability to communicate with a person. Reporting that my bin was not emptied yesterday has been extremely difficult. It is frustrating to have to create a password and answer unnecessary questions, only for the registration to be disregarded, and then have to repeatedly try to resolve the problem. Where has proper public service gone? Just send the workers to empty my bin as soon as possible!
