I am frustrated with this company because they overdrafted my account even though I paid on time. They claimed it was a system error but still charged me $15 for the mistake, causing my bank account to overdraft. Their business practices are unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using their services. I would appreciate it if someone in a position of authority at the company could address this issue promptly.

I applied for a credit card three months ago. However, due to purchasing a house, the card was not sent to my new address. I provided my mortgage papers, water bill, driver's license, and other documents to prove my new address. I received an email stating that the card was in the mail over two weeks ago, but I have yet to receive it. It seems like there have been previous issues with sending the card. This lack of communication and false information from customer service has made what should have been a simple process into a nightmare. I am just looking for clarity on whether the card has actually been sent or if I have been misled once again. It has been more challenging to get the credit card than it was to purchase my house. Despite receiving bills and activation notices, the card has not arrived. I would appreciate an update on the situation. Thank you. - Cindy F.

I attempted to close my account and spoke with an individual named "Robbie." The call took place on December 4th at 12:18 and lasted 4 minutes and 27 seconds. Robbie came across as aggressive and uninterested in listening to my request. When I reiterated my intention to close the account, he interrupted me and insisted on finishing his dialogue. His attitude and tone were unacceptable, prompting me to file a complaint.

I have a small bond loan through Avant that I have been repaying on time for a year and a half, resulting in perfect credit. Now, I am looking to refinance for a lower APR and interest rate. Surprisingly, Avant has been denying my refinance requests based on an email stating that I was previously denied credit on the event platform, which I find to be an unfair reason. I have no negative issues on my credit report, and this refusal seems unjustified. I plan to report this to the FTC as it seems like unfair business practice. Please have someone contact me promptly. I would like to inquire about the discrepancy between the statement indicating immediate credit for online payments made before 5 PM Central Time and the recent delay in crediting my payment made on November 3rd, to be credited only after ten days. In the past, my online payments were credited promptly upon processing. However, the current delay is unexpected as there is no information stating that payments would take ten days to reflect in my account. The payment was received on the third of November, so there shouldn't be a need to hold the funds for that duration before crediting my account. I would appreciate clarification on the process and the reason for this extended delay.

Hello, I would like to share my experience regarding my Avant credit card. Last September, I reported some fraudulent charges, resulting in a credit adjustment. Although I was granted a $[redacted].00 credit increase, my card was unexpectedly canceled in early October. Upon activating the replacement card, it was canceled by an unknown party, leaving me without a card. Despite multiple attempts to address this with the call center, I have yet to receive a replacement card or the credit increase. I want to ensure that I am not held responsible for charges I was unable to utilize due to not receiving a replacement card. I have paid off the original credit limit, and I am requesting to have the $[redacted].00 credit increase removed from my account as I never benefited from it. Webbank/Avant, there is a hard inquiry on my credit report dated May 21 that was not initiated by me. This is a case of fraud and identity theft. I request the immediate removal of this unauthorized hard inquiry. I recently spoke with an agent named Bri at 5:45 PM on May 25, [redacted], regarding this matter. I have also informed Transunion about this fraudulent activity and hold your company accountable for resolving this issue promptly. Failure to address this could result in legal action. Bri has the details of our conversation, and I urge your company to exercise more caution when processing loan or credit card applications to prevent such incidents in the future.
