I received my rechargeable spinbrush on July 27, [redacted]. Following the instructions, I charged it for 36 hours. Unfortunately, by September 9, [redacted], it stopped charging and didn't work. I reordered a new one and got it on September 17, [redacted]. However, as of today, October 5, [redacted], the new one is also not holding a charge. I have been a loyal user of spinbrushes for years and never experienced this issue before. Typically, they lasted for 3 years or more. This recurring problem is very frustrating and disappointing.

During a recent 2-week vacation with our 75-pound black lab, who is a certified Service Dog for my daughter's Medical Alerts, we encountered challenges at 5 hotels that did not allow pets. These hotels lacked suitable areas for our dog to relieve itself, and they did not provide poop bags. Despite bringing 6 rolls of Arm and Hammer Disposable Waste Bags, all 6 dispensers had bags that were not properly sealed, making it difficult to pick up after our dog. We ran out of bags multiple times due to this issue. We hope for better quality control from Arm & Hammer and kindly request replacements for the damaged bags we faced. Our contact information is: Wendy Karpowicz, [redacted] Joseph Drive, Highlands Ranch, CO [redacted], [redacted]. Thank you for addressing this promptly. Wendy

I use Arm & Hammer Washing Soda to make homemade detergent. While blending, a hard chunk of the soda damaged my Ninja blender, causing a mess in my kitchen. I would like to report the incident and offer to send you the chunks for research. I am requesting a replacement Ninja blender or reimbursement for a new one, priced around $95 to $[redacted]. I have images of the damage and mess and can provide them via email if needed. Thank you for your assistance. Jodi Evenson.

I bought two Arm and Hammer Spinbrush multi-packs from BJ's in Allentown, PA. After replacing our old brushes, one didn't work despite changing the batteries. I disposed of the packaging, so I put it back in the spare one. Later, I noticed a burnt smell from one of the brushes that was turned off. Although we usually return items to BJ's, I decided to reach out to the company this time. This issue is unusual as we have used Arm & Hammer Spinbrushes for years.

To Waterpik Customer Service, I tried contacting you at [redacted], as listed on your site, but the automated message looped without connecting to customer service. After reaching out to Arm and Hammer, I obtained the correct number, [redacted]. My experience with the customer representative I eventually spoke to was disappointing. They gave inaccurate information regarding the product manual's charging instructions, trying to avoid honoring the warranty. This lack of transparency has led me to lose faith in Waterpik as a company. Regards, P.S.

I own a Spinbrush toothbrush that recharges through a base connected to a wall socket. The base seems to house a battery, but I can't open it. I recently contacted customer service and learned that they no longer produce the model that uses a wall socket for recharging. I bought a new battery-operated brush from Walmart for around $5, but it didn't work, so I returned it. It seems that quality comes at a price! I am frustrated that they discontinued a reliable product for something cheaper and less dependable without consulting customers. I want the freedom to choose my preferred toothbrush. Can this issue be addressed? Your prompt response would be appreciated.

Hello, I am a big fan of many of your products. I have used various types of your laundry detergents, all of which have been great. Recently, I purchased the liquid detergent with Oxyclean from Target (I have the receipt). However, my husband and I are experiencing a serious issue with itchy, bumpy skin. My back is completely red, and the only new product we introduced is this detergent. Is there a way I can return or exchange it for a detergent meant for sensitive skin? I appreciate your help. Thank you.

I bought four Arm & Hammer Spinbrush Pro with Gum Care electric toothbrushes from Walmart about a month ago. All four have lost their electric power even after replacing the batteries. Unfortunately, I no longer have the packaging or receipt to return them to the store. I have purchased these brushes before and never had any issues until now. It's frustrating to have four that we use daily that are not working properly.

Dear Arm & Hammer, I have been purchasing your Clump & Seal cat litter, primarily attracted by its strong clumping ability and the promise of being [redacted]% dust-free. However, I regret to inform you that the product does produce a significant amount of dust. I have photographic evidence of the dust that is generated each time I refill my cat's litter box. Despite following the usage instructions, the dust is pervasive, covering various surfaces in the room where the litter box is placed. I am disappointed by this discrepancy and wish to share the pictures with you to illustrate the issue. Could you please advise me on how I can submit these images for your review? I am a loyal customer who values your product for its clumping efficacy and dust-free claim, but the current situation is unsatisfactory. I eagerly await your guidance on how to proceed. Thank you, Wayne C.
