I am April Parker, and I encountered an issue with the recent order I placed. I received boots in the wrong size; I ordered size 10, but received size 9 boots instead. Additionally, the dresses in my order were missing. The invoice indicates the wrong sizes; I expected medium and extra-large, but received medium and large.
I wish to return the incorrectly sized boots and receive size 10 replacements:
1. Sexy Blue Slouchy Pointy Toe High Heel Thigh High Boots Demin - [redacted]
2. Sexy Black Quilted Pointy Toe High Heel Thigh High Boots Faux Leather - [redacted]
Regarding the missing dresses:
1. Sexy Black High Neck Sleeveless A-Line Party Dress - [redacted]. I would like to reorder in white, size extra-large.
2. Sexy White Sleeveless Lace Mesh Short Bodycon Party Dress - [redacted]. I would like to reorder in white, size medium or extra-large.

There seems to be a mix-up in my order. I placed items in my cart, entered my card details, but didn't check out as the item I wanted was out of stock. Also, the high shipping cost made me rethink my purchase. Surprisingly, the items arrived without me confirming the order. I require a refund to be credited back to my card, not as store credit. I will be returning the items unopened.

As a returning customer, I am disappointed that my recent order was incomplete. Today, 04/11/19, I tried to contact your customer service by phone, but was kept on hold for extended periods before being prompted to leave a message. Despite explaining the issue with my order in detail, I did not receive a callback. Order number [redacted]10 is missing items: (1) 4121FLIRTYSCHOOLGIRLML, (1) 1303LPYELLOWPLEATEDSKIRTSM, (2) TOP4BLACKONE, (1) TOP2HOTPINKONE. While I understand some items are on backorder, these specific items were listed on the packing slip but not in the delivered box. I am reachable by phone at [redacted]. I am requesting a refund for a Halloween costume I ordered on October 15, [redacted]. I want a refund to my original payment method as I was charged for an item that was not in stock.
