As a patient and Healthcare POA, I have encountered issues with managing my accounts due to unresponsive medical staff. I have two accounts linked to the same email, but one is unnecessary. The Omaha Insomnia & Psychiatric Services account in Omaha Nebraska needs to be removed, with possible connections to [redacted] and [redacted] I am seeking IT assistance from AdvancedMD since the practice staff seem unable or unwilling to help. It would be beneficial for AdvancedMD to establish a Patient Service Number for patients experiencing difficulties like mine. Alternatively, AdvancedMD could reach out to the practice to guide them on removing my email from their system.
