Can I receive notifications when someone responds to my form?
Google Forms does not offer a built-in notification feature to alert users directly when someone submits a response. However, there is a way to set up response notifications by linking the form to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Once you have created your form, you can click on the "Responses" tab, then select the green Sheets icon to create a spreadsheet that will store all the responses. After connecting to Google Sheets, you can enable notification rules within the spreadsheet. By clicking on "Tools" in the menu, then selecting "Notification rules," you can choose to receive notifications whenever a user submits a new response or when changes are made to the sheet. This way, you will be promptly informed of any new entries. It may also be beneficial to check the current web page for additional guidance on setting up notifications.
