Yes, Plano Movers has a cancellation and rescheduling policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, it is important to notify us as soon as possible. For cancellations, a full refund of your deposit will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date. However, if the cancellation is within 48 hours of the scheduled move, the deposit may be subject to forfeiture. As for rescheduling, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your move, we will do our best to accommodate your new date and time, based on availability. Please note that any changes made within 48 hours of the original move date may be subject to additional fees.
