Our return policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Distinctive-decor.com, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order details. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for certain items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or damaged product. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method.
