For those who missed the GetHuman.com
story on CBS the other day, it was also posted on Yahoo Finance. If you have time, check out the comments section to see what others are saying about customer service in general. So far my favorite is the guy claiming he works in a call center and he blames sites like GetHuman.com
for causing long waits on customer service lines as well as for companies outsourcing call centers. It's just a wonderful example of how some companies just don't get it when it comes to customer service and IVR systems.
