Paul is a Boston-based consumer advocate and entrepreneur. Paul created the gethuman project out of his own frustrations with customer service. After creating gethuman, Paul became the CTO of Kayak.com, and sadly his duties make it too difficult to continue working on gethuman. Instead, gethuman is now run by a team of:
