If your devices meet GoToMyPC's system requirements, you should be able to connect without problems. If you're experiencing difficulty, ensure your office computer is turned on and not in sleep or hibernate mode. Check that both computers have a stable, working internet connection. If using a firewall, make sure it allows GoToMyPC connections. Also, ensure you're using the correct login credentials. If you've validated all the above and are still unable to connect, restart both devices and try again.
