If you choose technical support, you only get a recording. It gives you the web address for their online support page and says that Zynga and its related companies don't offer phone support for technical issues. It also says that the billing specialists are not trained to help with anything besides billing. They apologize for any inconvenience and then return you to the main menu.
Choosing the option for billing support actually gets you to a human agent. After a recording encouraging you to find support online, it transfers you. I was only on hold for a few seconds before a rep answered. He immediately asked for my email address. He was difficult to hear; there was a lot of background noise and he sounded muffled.
