When calling this number, it's important to remember that National Financial Services is a branch of Fidelity Investments. As such, any calls made regarding National Financial Services will fall under the Fidelity umbrella, and will likely lead to speaking with someone from Fidelity.

When I called, I was told that all calls are monitored and recorded and asked if my call was regarding National Financial Services and its investments. I hit the button saying that it was, and I was taken to the next menu for such calls.

Upon reaching this menu, I was told that I would be able to contact the investments line directly in the future, and I was provided with a direct number to them to do so. I was then told that nobody was available to take my call, and I would need to try my call again during Fidelity's business hours. At that point, the system automatically hung up.

Overall, I was not impressed with either the automated system or the information available about this phone number. A search of this number online does nothing to tell you that Fidelity controls this number now, and the first result you get actually comes from a totally different company, National Financial Services, Inc. That site confirms that this is the correct number for National Financial Services LLC, but there is no such confirmation on a National Financial Services LLC website or on Fidelity's websites.
