What are the hours and when should I call?

Asus operates the call center for this 877-339-2787 phone number 24 hours, 7 days. The short answer is that you should call on a Wednesday. This observation and the following section are based on analysis of a sample set of 152 calls made in the last 90 days using our free, web-based phone (see above).
An important note: busy times vs hold times vs best time to call
When we refer to busy or less busy times, we are talking about the volume of calls. The busiest times are when the most people are calling this Asus phone number (least busy times have fewer people calling). This high call volume does not necessarily mean that you will have a long hold time when you call. Companies like Asus staff their call centers differently based on the time of day and day of the week, so you may experience a shorter wait on hold at the busiest of times. When we refer to the best time to call, we are referring to the optimal combination of lower call volume and shorter wait times.
The least busy time to call
The least busy day to call Asus is Saturday. The most busy day to call is Thursday, which averages 154% more phone calls by comparison. Again, this is based on a sample of 152 calls made with our AI-powered, web-based phone in the last 90 days.

My Experience Calling 877-339-2787

Oct 24, 2023

Individuals and businesses can call ASUS customer support to ask about products and services, including computers, gaming consoles, motherboards and servers. Being vaguely familiar with ASUS laptops and thinking they might be economical, I wanted to learn more about the ports available on the devices. Rather than visiting the website, I felt I could get specific questions answered better by calling the customer support number.

When I called ASUS customer support at 877-339-2787, the voice response system thanked me for calling ASUS product support and instructed me to press “9” for Spanish. For personal support, I could press “1,” and for help with commercial issues, I could press “2.”  The system said I needed to have my product serial number available and told me to wait for the next available agent. It also noted that the call would be monitored and recorded for quality assurance.

The system offered a list of numerical options to press for ASUS services, including answers to questions about products such as notebooks, tablets, desktops, handheld devices and motherboards. The system allowed me to press “9” to repeat the options. I chose the option I thought would provide information on personal computers. The voice response system explained that I agreed the company could collect data for customer support and analysis by continuing the call. It also said I could visit the official website to learn more about ASUS data use and protection policies.

There was a long pause of dead air before the automated voice said someone would answer my call. Music began playing, and shortly after that, there was an announcement from the automated response system that provided an overview of ASUS products, warranties and services. Listening to this information helped me pass the time while waiting for someone to answer my call. There was a second announcement repeating the information mentioned earlier, followed by music, a pause, more music and several minutes of dead air. There was no way to initiate a callback.

I did not have the opportunity to speak to a human. I waited for more than eight minutes before I decided to hang up. Before this call, I didn’t know much about the company, but my interest in learning more about their laptops prompted me to call them. Although I never spoke with a human, I learned from the voice response system that not only does ASUS offer laptops but many other products and services.

More Ways to Contact Asus Customer Service

There are of course other ways to contact Asus customer service besides the phone. Below we list the best ones, by medium.
Live Chat
If phone-based customer service is not available, or the wait times are long, many people prefer chat as a next-best option. Some even prefer it to calling on the phone. Luckily, Asus provides this option.
Email
asus_cc@asus.com - Customer Service
Customer service email address
Corresponding with a customer service department by email may not be your first choice, especially if your issue is urgent or time-sensitive. But email is a nearly ubiquitous form of communication, and Asus will reply our your email.
X (formerly Twitter)
https://twitter.com/asushelpus - Technical Support
Use the link to connect with customer service through Twitter
Asus, like many companies, provides customer service on the X platform (formerly Twitter). While it rarely entails live dialogue with a customer service rep, this channel can yield rapid response times and can be a useful option if you have an X/Twitter account.
Asus's website
https://www.asus.com/us/support/callus - Customer Service
Online customer service email submission
As a last, sometimes only, resort- Asus customer service can be accessed through their website. This can entail digging through help articles before finding a form and "being allowed" to submit a problem to their team, and rarely leads to a real-time conversation, which is why GetHuman does not recommend this unless it's the only way.
