You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-desroux's own words
I want a refund on billings I did not make. ... Unauthorized charges from my credit card. Please refund me.*My ** year old daughter bought Roblox game once with my authorization. She could have done another * purchases unknowingly since there was no mail or notification of payment requests sent on her iPad. *I deleted the game and unsubscribed and took the iPad from here therefore I know she could not have gone any further with 'accidental' purchases. Another ** deductions*purchases were made from my credit card account.*I don't know what to do. I have contacted Roblox but they say the issue is with you. *I did not buy or authorize these transactions. i am South Africa and the Rand value is astronomical and I cannot afford it. *The only thing to do was to cancel my credit card to stop this from continuing. I am not interested in any other software or purchases.
A Refund on charges to my credit Card. I did not buy those .
Approximately a year. At least notification of any purchases
I contacted Roblox themselves but they say I have to resolve with you since you are a third party.
