I have my child set up to have to ask to buy something. She got two apps that were free, but must have been prompter in the app to purchase a subscription. I did not authorize either of these charges. I have canceled the subscriptions, but I want a full refund of these purchases since I was never promoted to authorize these charges. The inapp charges were Smartpic Photo Editor Snapics VIP **.** and Zoomerang - Music Video Editor Yearly Subscription **.**. She also purchased Simply Piano for ***.**, but I think i canceled that before I was charged during the free for * week period. I am deeply disturbed by this practice of allowing unauthorized charges to go through after a seemingly free app has been approved. As you can see this child has rung up quite a bill. I tried to use you report a problem form, but immediately received a denial notice the second I hit submit. I hope you can help me.
